The guests have to depend on local city buses to visit the centre, and take other buses to see major attractions. The location is far from centre, however it is close to beach and a few other attractions. Also it is very affordable, as rooms near the centre mainly Fira and Oia are too pricey. The bus service is at fixed intervals but is generally regular. For slow, unhurried travel it is one the best value for money location !!

Just one complaint. In the dorms above, It is very noisy and bright to sleep. because they are in front of the busy street, and you can hear chatter and noise from people sitting in front on the common terrace, so it is recommended to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

This is my second time in this hostel. The hostel has everything you need, it is maintained and clean, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

There were no locks on the toilet doors (press your feet against them while sitting) and no place to put your stuff in the shower rooms. You will hear the noise from the street right outside.

Big dorms. Great layout with a spacious terrace for eating/socializing next to the rooms. Close to the bus stop. Well-equipped kitchen. Enough showers and toilets to avoid waiting in line. Great value for money in Santorini.

There was usually someone at the reception desk but also often times there was not, which can be stressful if you need something right then. They do have a phone number you can call or message to let them know if you need something. The kitchen area was very small and had a bit of a funky smell to it.

There was a bathroom in the room I was in, which was really nice. The room had air conditioning which was nice when it would get really hot. The lockers were great and big enough to hold a lot of things. Checking in and out was easy. I liked the outdoor common area. There is plenty space with outlets to charge devices. The location was great. Close to bus stops and a 5 minute walk to the beach!

The luggage room is not locked during the day which was something I would feel more comfortable with. It was hard to communicate with one of the staff member since she didn’t speak any English. There wasn’t always someone at the front desk.

I think the Kitchen area could be a bit bigger and at least some general cooking things like Salt (and such other things) can be put over there. The Boys toilet lacks the closing latch from inside!

The response was fast and with a problem solving approach. The location, facilities, cleanliness and the staff was very good!!

In the kitchen, some cutlery is obviously missing, especially spoons and teaspoons. Please remember that the water in the hostel is salty, so do not use it for cooking, but only buy the water in the shop. Be careful and watch out - the main entrance/exit to the hostel is right on the busy main street.

I'm staying here again. As the end of the season was approaching (mid-September), I was given a free room upgrade: from a 12-person dorm to an 8-person dorm for guys. The boys' dorm is spacious, each bed has a locker for personal items (you get a locker key and room). The room has mirror, well-functioning AC and Wi-Fi. Bed linen is clean and fresh, pleasant to touch. In the kitchen, you have an induction hob, an electric kettle, a sandwicher, and two refrigerators. Adequate number of showers (with hot water) and toilets - I never saw a queue. Very clean - cleaning several times a day. There is a bus stop to Fira right next to the hostel. Everything is close: shops, beach, bars, restaurants, taverns. Very nice and helpful ladies at reception. You need to print your boarding pass - you can do it at reception. If you arrive earlier than check-in or leave after the check-out, you can store your luggage in a special room for free.

Bathroom is not well cleaned.The bathroom sink had stains during all my stay and the trash weren't emptied for days.

The hostel is just a 5-minute walk away from Perissa Beach and the bus stops that would take you to Fira or Oia. The rooms are clean and air-conditioned. The staff was very helpful.

The desk to work in room and i would stay there for whole year. I think guests dont bring back cutlery and there was time that in the kitchen was only one spoon but its not fault of hostal.

Great experience i loved the place, good for short and long stay, i felt blessed for climatisation in room, there are lockers next to bed, in kitchen there are two fridges so you can store your food, the room is nice, cleaned everyday, they rent towels and have luggage room, you can buy water and drinks in reception, THE BEST WAS THAT BEACH IS 3 MIN away walking and bus stop 1 minute by walking. There are two shops nearby local and carefour, there is big common area outside with roof and places to sit and plug in your computer or phone, the hostel offers transport to airport and full day trips to volcano and oia.

Some interruptions with Wi-Fi on the upper floor, the room is a bit small, and it’s possible to hear noise from the street, towels are not included, but overall it’s a good hostel and a good price.

Great location, close to the beach, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, good value for money. Easy to get to from the airport. I planned to stay one night only, but then extended my stay for 3 nights, as I met great people there. Recommended for female solo travellers.
