The hotel could do with an update and fresh decoration . But apart from that it has a nice pool and it’s not expensive to stay there . As Que vale la Pena !

The Hotel is really close to the airport and after a long flight there’s nothing better than checking in to your hotel shortly after you land . The hotel is in a safe area and close to restaurants and also a nice supermarket . The staff are really friendly and helpful . The rooms are nice .

If you're looking for something interesting and unusual, this isn't the place for you. Very stanrdard developed world style Hotel, large, conference ready and a bit impersonal. At £100 (US$130) a night for a couple including breakfast, though, can you complain? I think not!

Taxi ride from airport less than 10 minutes so a very convenient location for the airport, this hotel is pretty stndard and I expect it gets a lot of business guests which is how it's set up. Extensive buffet breakfast and buffet evening dinner offerings with a small a la cart dinner menu as an alternative. Air conditioned room, very good sized bedroom, free toileteries and everything worked! The property also has a sizeable complimentary swimming pool off of the restaurant, hair dressers and some Spa type treatments are available at extra cost. Don't fancy buffet dinner? There's a Burgre King next door and a McDonalds just across the road (amongst other fast food chains) - so, lots of choice.

Omg! The shower is nightmare! So old and rusty and it doesn't work properly. Also, hairdryer exploded in my hand! Wifi is imposibble to work with! And the staff is crazy - I put Not disturb sign on my door. I work remotely and during the day I need to have peace and quite. They called me 2 times on the phone to ask if they can come and clean! If i was sleeping, they would wake me 2 times. Also, I payed for late checkout but they forgot about that and I couldn't enter my room. After they fixed it and prolonged officialy my stay till 6 pm, in exact moment 6.00 pm, while I was leaving my room, they called my room to check if I left the room! So crazy!

Housekeeping was not very thorough - found garbage on the floor and a pair of contact lenses on the bathroom counter. Also saw one cockroach.

Check in process was very slow. At 8pm there were still renovation activities going on in the lobby. The hotel is ok but totally outdated, 20 years ago it must have been nice.

Location is very good. Hotel is old but still reasonably comfortable. Spent one night at the hotel before catching an early flight, it served the purpose.

Front deck staff are very friendly, very helpful Respectful and professional. The spacious room, clean the beds comfortable. Excellent buffet With friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in an excellent and safe area.

The shower is too low for my height and I'm 5' 8".; I had to bow down to get water in my hair. Old hotel.

the facilites looks older the employes at spa were rude, they told me I need an aponiment to use the steam room but that was open to anyone, everybody can go in o get out anytime also they didn't wanted to provide me a towel they have a great spa facilites with a unique View spwxially to the airport but the worst customer service

The cleanliness of the hotel was not as expected, the carpets in the corridors to get to the rooms where really dirty and stained. And the a/c in the room had a really bad smell. Those little details made our stay not as good as we expected.

The breakfast was excelent, and the staff were kind. The room space and beds were nice. It's well ubicated and easy to find

Hefty fine, Q100/ $15 for losing tour parking ticket, even having proof of staying at the hotel with a vehicle. Looks old, but not classic look.

This is an old hotel, even though clean and highly maintained, it's old... The windows are not noise proved, the carpets seem worn out, and so on. The towels can be replaced easily... The price is fair, but don't expect 5 or even 4 stars experience.

The location is good, manly if you have an early flight or arrive late. The room is big, breakfast is OK not more. The staff was very friendly.

Maybe the price of the shuttle to airport ($5 per person and we were 4) is too much Works much cheaper to take a Uber

Location (next to the aiport) Staff are very nice, we requested to keep our luggages for 2 night while we were away on an internal flight and they did it free of charge Rooms are quite, large and clean Breakfast is good
