Our room was so small you could hardly walk around the bed without hitting your foot on the stairs coming down. There were no hangers in the armoire. The armoire was useless as it was so close to the bed it made opening the drawers difficult. No place to put suitcases. There was no countertop in the bathroom to put cosmetics or even your toothbrush. Shower had great pressure and looked nice. Room was very clean, but not functional! I’m sure there are larger rooms than we stayed in and fully functional, but our was not.
Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Waitstaff very attentive. Atmosphere was excellent. Music in the evenings was perfect. Overall decor and gardens were very inviting. Lots of places to sit and hang out.

It says it has superfast WiFi, but that was not true as it was a challenge to connect to do work.

Arriving 2 hours before check-in, bags could go in room as it was ready but they wanted $30 for early check-in. 2 extra tortillas for breakfast, $2.50. I lived in Guatemala 18 years and know. Paid $100 a night and don't like being nickled and dimed.

Lack a lot of amenities, something basic like a hairdryer is not even provided. No cups and no kettle for hot water. The place is noisy at night because of the live music in the garden. Staff has very limited English knowledge.
The location is great, right in the center and surrounded by a lot of restaurants, coffee shops etc. The room is big.

Beware that rooms for 3 persons have 2 floors. Queen bed is on second floor without bathroom. Twin bed is on bottom floor with bathroom. My husband and I had to climb narrow stairs at night to access to the toilet. The hotel plays loud pop music all day long until 10 pm, and additional live music on weekday evenings. Staffs speaks zero to minimal English.
Location is great, very close to center, walking distance to everything. Beautiful rustic decor and courtyard. Breakfast was nice but very limited options.

We were not warned about the room we booked and the description of the room does not say you enter a very small room and have to climb very uncomfortable steps with the luggage. The shower is in an awkward location. The toilet room is way too small. The sink did not have a cover in the drain and you could see gunk in it Overall not ultra clean or maintained but the worst is to not be warned about what kind of Romm it is. Also feels overpriced for what you get.
Location is great within a block to the main square and close to anything. The plants in the property were beautiful. The dinning outdoor area is nice

No water filter available if you get thirsty at night. The water faucet is not well located and water dripped a lot when you washed your hands.

Think the rooms are not equipped for families of 5. Booking should not allow this as it was a tight fit, would prefer adding an extra room is preferable. When we got there we were told the room was ready and only had 2 beds for 5. For an extra bed we would have to pay extra… after much discussion they agreed to include the bed for “free”, claiming the issue was with booking. Not the best start of our two night stay at Antigua.

The wine. Was too cold for red wine . Breakfast includes 3 options, which were all good orange juice was extra, and so was my tea. I arrived at night. Should maybe have a little light outside for the signage .

Some notes: breakfast good but far away to be wow. No fridge in the room, no tea maker or coffee, room too close to the restaurant area, guests are too loud and uncontrollable
Perfect staff, location excellent, interior super. Hotel worth to be on the top of all Antigua hotels. Room was provided to us even before check in time with out any extra payment

The company they’ve booked for us to do activities felt it wasn’t not very safe as we had a bad experience. But it was not hotel directly. I would just say to book your expeditions with a proper company listed online.
The location, the hotel itself, breakfast was lovely with a great service every morning by the staff working there. Restaurant food was very nice too. Nice coffee shop next to the hotel for a great coffee and easy to access to all Antigua sites.

I’m don’t like the two stories room, but I’m know there are another singles stories rooms
It’s a beautiful hotel but I’m don’t like the attic room because bathrooms it’s in lower level, but it’s in a beautiful interior patio and facilities
