Absolutely exceptional staff: warm, helpful, and attentive

Clean and well thought out accommodation. The staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Pancho, who went above and beyond. For its location it was pretty quiet, there were just some (I assume) street dogs barking. But you couldn't hear any bar noise from the room. I booked the private transport from the airport which was comfortable and felt safe.

Very charming hotel, nice friendly staff, great location. Short walk to the lake, lots of nearby restaurants.

Shower drain was slow (clogged). Neighborhood is a bit noisy.

Location was great. Only a few feet from the lake. Lots of restaurants with in walking distance. Excursions and staff's suggestions were great. Thanks Fransisco! Transportation to and from the airport was easy, safe and on time. Drivers provided information about different areas as we drove even stopped for me to snap a few pics.

Lovely place, much better than we expected and even better than photos. The reception is in a peaceful courtyard off the middle of town, and rooms had everything needed. Easy to book things.

Cozy and centrally located

Location was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was very small, breakfast and coffee was not included. You had to pay cash for the stay or they charge you 10% credit card fee.

We stayed here for three nights whilst we explored Lake Atitlan. Our room was cosy and it had some lovely classic furniture. The staff were very helpful and were able to set up all our transport too and from Panajachel as well as some local tours.

It was located very centrally in Panajachel, making it very convenient to reach the lakeshore as well as shops and restaurants in the town. I also really liked the decoration in the lobby and the cleanliness throughout.

I wish that the hot water lasted slightly longer, but it got the job done.
