In my room there wasn’t much space around the bed, so you literally couldn’t walk along the window side — you had to crawl over the bed. Since I was traveling alone, it was okay. Also, there was only a backless stool, which was very inconvenient for working at the table. There are larger rooms with a proper workspace, but they cost at least €50 more per night. Okay. A strange/funny view from the window. But there is nothing you can do about it in HK.

I liked the staff and services. I enjoyed the breakfasts a lot — thank you! The location is very good, both for the city and the Hong Kong Island center. Public transport is very close, and the International Expo Center is not far away. A strange/funny view from the window. Overall, everything was very good.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms may be small, but they are very comfortable, well-designed, and nicely maintained. The staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Breakfast was really good!

It was absolutely perfect!

The hotel is modern, new, clean and in a great location. Absolutely beautiful rooms with the biggest bathtub I have ever seen. The team went above and beyond and exceeded all our expectations: We were celebrating our 10 years anniversary and apart from the hotel room upgrade, the staff prepared a room full of surprises & small gifts. Big shoutout to Michelle and Brian (& the other staff!) - they made our stay so much more enjoyable and we were left speechless over their hospitality & friendliness. We will definitely be back!

The room size is quite small.

Conveniently located near the Wan Chai train station and close to a bus stop, this is a good option for tourists. The room is well designed for storage and has modern amenities.

The minimalist style of the hotel was a bit much that they didn’t have any power outlet at all next to the bed, we had to run a power cable extension from the kitchen for it. The hotel location is okay, but a bit far from MTR.

The hotel was well designed with minimalist style. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

The room lacked a place where you could place the luggage. Also there was no real wardrobe to store clothes.

The room could be a little bigger at the fare price. The experience with the gentleman at the reception desk when I checked in could be better. I arrived late at night...1AM he was professional all right, every conversation we had was fair. He also asked, if I need help with luggage. But if he could be more friendly like smile or relax with his tone, that could made my good impressions of arrival after I had a long day.

I love Japanese toilet - actually this is my number one reason I picked this hotel. The room is cozy, well cleaned and the bed is comfortable. Love the vibe as well.

If there is one thing I could suggest to the management of the hotel, maybe provide some chairs or high stools for the staff at the reception counter. It must be quite tiring for them to have to stand all day behind an open counter even during the times when there were no guests checking in or out.

The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. I would have loved for the room to be provided with a safe deposit box for convenience and mental comfort, although the area around the hotel was safe and there were staff in the reception area 24/7.

As many other places in Hong Kong, the rooms are very small. For the price, we were expecting a bit more space, but that was good for a short trip.
