Even though there was a shopping sqaure beside the hotel with a number of restaurants etc. They all are a little more expensive than other areas. No street food outlets near bye that we could see. A little bit removed from areas to visit.no

The view and size of the room. The room service. 7/11 out the front. Larger supermarket with a great range of fresh food, bakery items, liquor etc with in 100m walk. Right next door the was a 24hr laundry Mat with industrial washing machine and dryers Approx $8 AUD for a wash they held approx 10kg. Approx $8 AUD for a dryer thay also held approx 10kg both cycles finished in 40 mins. Bus stop and Taxi stand directly out the front. Discovery Bay Ferry Terminal is only the next Bay over and only approx 2km away but the only way to get to the hotel is by bus, That can be confusing as not really well signed but once on is easy and only. Short 10 minute ride. Ocean view rooms from your window get a full light show display in the sky from Disney Land each Night at 8pm for approx 10 mins was pretty cool.

The bathroom and the bed needed about two feet more space between them in the second bedroom. Also, the kitchen was not very well appointed (no tea towel or scissors). Not all the staff are familiar with the bus routes and times for the buses that go to the airport.

The shuttle to Disney was very helpful. The suite was a good size for our family of four.

For a more expensive hotel it was odd how there wasn't someone to help with the door.. I saw people struggling with suitcases and prams. The pool is cleaned twice a day both for 1.5 hours which seems excessive. It was good to have the buses and we found them useful but the times changed whilst we were there but they didn't update until we asked. There would be nice to have an early afternoon bus to Disney. No ATM which is hard when you need cash for taxis or to put on Octopus card.

The only thing might be slightly more choice of dining options attached to the hotel. But it’s close to other options - so not a massive issue

When servicing our room, the chambermaid removed a white tee shirt presumably by mistake with the linen. The housekeeping did try to trace it but unsuccessfully.

Very comfortable room, excellent breakfast buffet, very helpful staff. Air conditioning in the bedroom and throughout the hotel very efficient and not noisy.

We had to check out by 12 but flight wasn’t until midnight but hotel wouldn’t allow us WiFi access , which made booking taxi difficult.

There was a leakage above the toilet seat which made some activities difficult. The hotel does not provide toothbrush or a pair of hotel slippers which is available everywhere. It had to be bought through the vending machine. Taxi drivers are generally not happy coming for a drop in this area at night. Bus stops for the city or Disneyland are also far away. 10 mins.

The rooms size was good with a great view of the bay and the area around. The bathroom was very unique, and this made my 2-year-old kid have a great time. Its like a pool concept with stairs going towards the shower area. The AC was perfect. The hotel provided us with a Philips water controller which can heat/cool the water. Very Handy. The area near the hotel is called Discovery Bay and it was not crowded at all. We wanted some quiet time and when we saw the area around the hotel, we choose to extend our stay by a day and enjoy the peace and quiet. The silence as because it being off season otherwise it looks like a great area for someone who loves water activities. They also have shuttle service for Disneyland, Sunny Bay & Tung Chuc area which was a great help. The Breakfast options were plenty and all delicious. Loved it

I didn't liked the breakfast (few options and the same all the times), the concierge service (rude and not helpfull) and the the main doors do not open automatically. They should hire a door man to greet all their customers and open the door for them.
