The room is not really spacious enough but it is clean. The front desk is located at the second floor and there is no any lift provided between first floor and second floor. It was quite challenging to carry the luggage ourselves to the front desk by taking stairs. The distance between this hotel with subway station is quite near to the young but it might be considered far to the elderly.

The hotel is clean and they will clean our room every day even we didn't request them to do so. The bathroom is clean and they will also change slippers and towels for us every day. Therefore, don't worry about the cleanliness of the hotel. Personally, I enjoy staying at here in spite of the size of the room because of its cleanliness.

The curtain is not blackout, 6am the room is bright. But during night time, the room is dark due to lack of light, only 3-4 hydrogen light. Overall is satisfying with the stay.

Rooms are very small, owing to Hong Kong's small land mass. That might deter larger families, but as solo or duo travellers, this is way more than enough if you just want a place to rest your feet.

The property was within walking distance from Mong Kok MTR. There's a few eateries around it, and a couple of convenience stores. Pretty convenient location. Fairly accessible thru the shuttle bus with Airport Express. Rooms are extremely clean, well-furnished. Feels like a 3-star hotel inside, but just with smaller space and little amenities. Extremely good for a budget tourist, especially if you're travelling solo or with a friend. Good balance between price and comfort.

Yes, the room was very small but it was super new and confortable. We have a very big window with a nice view, lovely. All the furnitures were new, also you have a little fridge, a kettle, slippers and free water. They make up the room every morning.
