The breakfast room was very busy with Chinese New year visitors and it was difficult to find a place to sit. It seemed very messy which wasn’t the staff’s fault.

The location was amazing overlooking the harbor.

There was no bar in the hotel - they work in conjunction with a bar across from the entrance so when raining it's not ideal. We were on a club floor but the lounge with coffee machine was only open from noon - 6 which we found odd.

It was further from the centre than we anticipated. The view was ok but would have been better if the windows were clean.

Too many people. Only 6 lift were available so it was always fully occupied. It felt quite remote. There were few things to enjoy around the hotel. Pool was on the roof top. Due to wind from its high elevation it felt chilly though 30/25° all the days.

Pretty clean, well equipped amenities. Large size room. Beautiful view from the pool. Pier was close so easily access to the Central and North point. Promenade was just down the hotel.

The dining area is quite small and the menu not greatly suited to vegetarians or vegans. Not that much of a problem as there are options close by.

Breakfast was overwhelming, many people everywhere and staff couldn't keep up with guests coming and going re table clearing and re-setting.

The resturant inside the hotel is buffet, the harbour view there is good, also there are singers here perform songs. But the meal is expensive. Also, we checked out one day early, the staff said we would get the refund after 45 days, that's a little bit too long. For your information, we checked out on Feburary 2nd, and now are still wating for the refund.

The location is super convient, close to subway, bus station, and Hong Ham Port. We can arrive at "中环码头" in 15 minutes by ferry, without worrying about not having seats or traffic jam. And the staff gave us a free upgrade to a suite, much bigger than what we paid for.

We were upgraded to the new wing. Rooms were very big with a Seperate lounge area and small kitchen area. Very comfortable stay. Way better than the harbour grand on the island. You feel like it's a 5 star hotel. Would Def recommend staying here if you want to be away from the busier areas of kowloon

the breakfast and the area it was set in a cattle market

everything was fine with the room however i was totally disappointed with the breakfast i thought it was like a cattle market in the area i could not find any mushrooms or fried tomatoes so my breakfast was not enjoyable, however the room was fine the location good and the staff very friendly and helpful

Gym opens too late, not suitable to business travel. Coffee makers in restaurant make too long wait times. No electric adapters even to borrow from front desk.

Late check out helped me with an unexpected situation.

Our room smelled like someone had been smoking in it, and we smelled it every time we opened the door. The bathroom sink area was quite small and not enough room for our toiletries. They didn't have much toilet amenities such as cotton sticks, brush..etc. Also, it would be nice to have an ironing board and iron in the room. We purchased the Club Lounge access which said to include free flow of cocktails during certain hours, but we only found out when we arrived that they only do wine and soft drinks, which we thought it was false advertising. We've stayed in the Harbour Grand HK the week before our stay at HG Kowloon and HG HK did offer free cocktails for the club access, so it's a bit disappointing to see the same hotel brand being inconsistent.

The hotel is right on the waterfront and you can walk along the promenade. It is very close to the subway station and very easy to Tsim Sha Tsui whuch the main shopping and tourist district. Our room is very spacious with a huge bed. Housekeeping and front of house staff are very professional and helpful, they are very knowledgable and always carry a smile on their faces. The check-in agent accommodated us for an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. They also have a good variety of breakfast options, both western and eastern dishes, and we like that there is a fresh omelette station and noodles station. The hotel is located in a nice suburb with lots of local food options and there is also a large department and grocery shop less than 5mins from the hotel.

Coffee shop only provides buffet menu, no a la cart menu. There’s no in room “fridge “, there’s a beverage cooler instead, meaning you can’t keep food, no to mention any frozen items.

Good location, great facilities, warm service! We were there for Chinese new year and joined their loin dance celebration. Absolutely superb ambiance!

I booked my room with harbour view because I needed to watch Fireworks during the Chinese New Year but the property was only along the Victoria Harbour. It faced to North Point and Causway Bay, NOT the Central ! The pillows were soft, my husband felt shoulder pain! They had laundary service but not the self laundary!

Location of the property was quite good, there was a subway line for transferring. If you like, you could try to take ferry to Central or North Point. Their room size mostly big and enough space for your luggages. Many food choices but a bit expensive. The property celebrated The Chinese New Year with Lion Dancing and I was luckily got the chance to watch!

The fabulous pool area overlooking the harbour was closed for maintenance.

Location on the harbour and only a 10min taxi ride to the cruise terminal. The breakfast buffet contained a brilliant selection. We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the harbour which was a bonus.

Not much…leaving was chaotic on Saturday 27/1/3024….It took 15 minutes to get a lift to the ground floor.
