The restaurant on the ground floor was very average for such a great hotel. The waitress we had kept ignoring us and when the food arrived it was cold as they left it on the bar for 10 mins before someone eventually brought it to us. The Food was also average and didn’t meet the high standards we have experienced everywhere else in the hotel.

From the moment we got to the hotel, everyone was very friendly and happy to assist. The room was a very good size for HK and the view was fantastic. The housekeeping lady was excellent. (I wish I remembered her name). The bar on level 9 has a great view and really good cocktails. We had a small problem with our air conditioner but they way the hotel handled this was exceptional. Overall great experience and highly recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at Hotel ICON was nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for — when I checked in, they surprised me with a handwritten note and a cupcake, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. The service throughout my stay was outstanding: every request was handled quickly, with genuine warmth and attention to detail. The amenities are world-class — the rooftop pool overlooking the Hong Kong skyline is unforgettable, the spa and sauna were amazing, and the bedding was so comfortable that I’m still wondering where the pillows are from! The location in Tsim Sha Tsui East was perfect for exploring the city, and the harbour views from my room were absolutely breathtaking. The entire property feels modern, stylish, and meticulously maintained. Hotel ICON exceeded every single one of my expectations. The combination of luxury amenities, unbeatable views, and exceptional service made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The wait for the lift was a little long at times

Nice room with a great view. Very quiet. Blackout curtains. Although mattress was a little firm. Good gym facilities. Nice pool. Excellent location 5 minute walk to Metro station and short walk to restaurants and museums.

The view from the pool and the bedroom was the highlight of Hong Kong. Loved watching the 8 pm light show from the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed a problem.

Lift: Bit too dark and cold Staff : 1) Cleaning Lady in the female changing room was quite rude , she grabbed my towel ( while I was trying to look for a place to discards my towel) , she showed lots of anger while she was cleaning the floor. In UK/ Japan, people will greet and say hi to the customer. Check in : Lady at the reception could be more polite, she was very annoyed when I asked her some questions about my credit card Dine in / room service : the gentleman rushed into my room and left in a bad mood , all I said was ' thank you ' I felt quite a lot of staffs in the hotel need to work on communication skills, it is a shame as the hotel was beautiful and posh . we are there to relax hence will be nice to have a polite , friendly vibe .

A fantastic hotel to stay in not far from resturants and station. A great free mini bar that gets topped up every day. Good comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The pool area is good as well. Also there is a room to relax if you get there early for you to have a coffee and rest up. The breakfast spread was amazing and lots of good quality and options. Its was expensive but I would pay the price.

The slippers are thin and fragile. At check-out, only one female staff member acted in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that, there were no problems. She was not a front desk staff member.

There weren't many choices for breakfast, but the food was delicious.　 I was happy that drinks in the room were free.

The lobby seating arrangement , very few sofas as we couldn’t find a place to sit while waiting for a taxi but thats not a real issue

The hotel itself is modern and the view was awesome, the room was spacious and comfortable. The area is nice but was not what i was looking for but yet very easy to reach anywhere by walking or a short taxi ride. It is not something that really bothered me as i still enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was good with fare selection of cuisines. The staff were really helpful and nice and smiling all the time.
