Comfort, cleanliness, helpful staff. Good location, just a few steps from the Mong Kok metro station, a walking distance from the Ladies' Market, just across a big Shopping Mall - Langham.

Hotel prices generally speaking in Hong Kong is not value for money due to the high property price and rent. Room size is typical of that for HK hotels which is not big. But I am quite surprised to have to use cord pulled window blinds instead of better blinds/curtains in a 5 star hotel. Room aircon was very cold and couldn’t get it adjusted to the right temperature.

Location is good it was in the city centre adjacent to a very busy shopping centre, and the metro link and bus.

Ther wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the Cordis.

We have stayed at the Cordis before in a Club room. Room was very comfortable and the club facilities were great. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. In the evening there are snacks and drinks at no extra cost and it is a great place to meet new people. The fact that it is attached to Langham Place is a bonus.

The fridge in my room was constantly making loud noises and the fridge doors couldn’t close property, our food and drinks were affected.

The location was central and staff were pleasant and helpful when we contacted about mosquitoes issues and the air purifiers were broken down.

The bar was poor, and we took one look and went elsewhere. We felt it let the hotel down, although to be fair this could be a generational thing.

The hotel was clearly well run and managed. The room was an upgrade, which is always nice. The gym facilities were great, as was the pool, although it could get a little windy as it was on the roof. The breakfast was first class, and the staff could not have been more helpful. One of them kindly arranged a special breakfast for us.

It’s in a local suburb which I didn’t realise when I booked but it isn’t too far to Uber to downtown. There is limited seating in the lobby and street level to wait for public transport but the bell boys are most helpful.

Comfortable, peaceful, safe and easy stay. The beds were super comfortable.

I used my credit card when checking in and I was assessed a 5% credit card fee. I have no choice but to pay for this outrageous charge as I did not have sufficient HK money with me. Check in area has no sittings. I have friends came over late night and found no where to sit and chat and we don’t want to sit in the bars as we don’t drink.

I like just about everything. 1st was the location. It was in a busy area with many options for shopping and dining. Room was small but clean and comfortable. I like the art works throughout the hotel. Breakfast/foods in the executive lounge were excellent. Used the sauna and totally enjoyed it.

Obviously interiors designed by a Westerner. No bidette in the toilet. Bother to go to toilet then step into the shower for a wash. Other than that, this is a room 98% rated out of 100.

The only other quiet sleep I had was in Royal Caribbean Spectrum of the Seas. I requested a room far from elevators. They gave me that. Very quiet. Connected to Langham Place mall. High end shopping and dining. However, one flight down to the street food, bargain shopping, authentic Chinese food and Street life. We came to Mongkok because we've never seen Kowloon. Every trip was to Hong Kong side which is glitzy touristy stuff through and through. We wanted to experience hard core inner city vybe of Hongkong before it changes entirely.
