The mattress is way too hard for me, walking distance from MTR station, not many restaurants near the building, abit far from the mall.

Nice and clean room, spacious toilet, pool with fantastic views, staff is generally friendly and helpful.

The cleaning staff wanted to clean my room every day and change my towels daily and my bed linen every two days. They ignored the environmental sustainability initiative. If I put do not disturb sign on my door they phoned me to ask if I needed my room cleaned. Had to tell reception staff to stop the phone calling, cos was there for work and it woke me up if I was napping.

Nice room, nice staff. Quiet. Communal buffet type eating option was good cheaper alternative to the restaurant.

The sound from other rooms seem to travel through the walls. The gym only has a small selection of equipment and there is no sauna.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as the time wasn't right for us. I felt disappointed as it is not easy find a place inside a hotel to sit down and chat with friends. Overall it is good hotel to stay at.

I used to stay in this hotel for more than 10 years. They used to provide a lot more for the same package. I missed the nice lounge with snack and coffee on L35, and the free drinks provided in the room fridge.

The hotel is of good standard. Spacious, clean, staff are not intrusive and supportive. Provide most of the amenity and really as good as any business class hotel.

The lobby is quite small. There is only one small sofa that can sit only 3-4 people. it's not convenient for waiting. Location of hotel is also not as expected. We could not find shops or eateries around the hotel.

The room is clean, nice and cool and most important spacious. My sisters were also very satisfied with the big and clean rooms. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful. We asked the concierge to help us get a taxi that can accommodate 6 persons with 3 big and 3 small luggage to airport and he did it. This saved us a couple of hundred HK$.

If i have to choose something - the channels on the TV was limited - but I wasn't in the hotel a great deal, so it didnt matter.

Very good location. Able to check in slightly earlier which was a bonus as long flight! Luggage storage available. clean room, shower was decent and had lovely hot water with good pressure. Daily room service was a nice thing to come back to. water machine on our floor was very handy!

There was not much going on in the area immediately surrounding the hotel - but this could be because we arrived in the middle of Easter. There was a 7-11 shop opposite but otherwise there were hardly any retail facilities.

The room was a good size for a hotel in HK, especially the bathroom. The hand basin was the widest I have ever seen - big enough to do hand laundry in or even an infant! (if one desires). The provision of an extra chair/seat (besides the obligatory desk side chair) was a lovely addition. The window seat was another uncommon feature which can also serve as an alternative luggage stand.

Didn't change bed sheets daily, the gym/pool facilities are tiny and doesn't have enough equipment. Some of the lights didn't work. We did the survey after our stay and it mentioned you can opt to change bed sheets daily, which we were not aware of and no one told us. Definitely ask this if you want this

good staff, good room size for HK, has a filtered water station for hot and cold water (you can't drink tap water in HK), room was clean. Good location for Kowloon. Wifi was good, room big enough to open your luggage

The first stay was at higher floor with an air purifier. It was amazing. However, we were assigned to the basic room which what we booked for the second time. There is no air purifier and the furnitures looked like have been used a lot. There are so many scratches on the table. Cabinet doors are not smooth. However those were not the main issue to me. Overall it’s clean. Compared to dollar value, I may not recommend it.

The room size of more than 300 sq. ft. is big enough for me. Room cleaning conditions are good. For location, it is very convenient for me to take MTR, Mini-buses and buses to every sectors of Hong Kong.
