The location is very convenient, so I'm happy with what you get in terms of what this hotel has to offer. The rooms were more spacious than expected, with great toiletries. The staff is kind. Basically, this hotel gets the job done at a fair price, especially in this area. I will stay here again.

The hotel is a little bit noisy. The elevator can take some time as there are only 2 for 17 floors. The only bad point is the smell/odor in the lobby going to the elevator.

Size of room was nice, excellent location in the middle of Wanchai. Subway is very accessible. Good quality of room, bathroom and bed. Excellent wifi.

The selection of TV channels was pretty poor. Not one English news service.

The room was excellent. Everything worked and the refrigerator was cold. It was clean and well appointed with coffee, toiletries, and complimentary water. The free wi-fi worked very well. The location is close to MTR, Trams and central to most of HK islands shopping.

Wish there was a ramp to roll your luggage up to the elevators instead of lifting it up steps. A small issue, but it just seemed strange to not have that option. In the room that I had, it was a bit humid but that room came supplied with a dehumidifier which made it a non-issue in the end.

The place has everything that you would need and it’s close to many convenient locations and attractions. For the price to quality ratio, it’s a solid choice. The staff there were very accommodating and would be swift in helping you resolve any requests or concerns. The bed was super comfortable - you could just melt into it.

The mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us. The room pretty dark, not much natural light. (In part because it's Hong Kong, skyscraper city) Also, the dehumidifier kept the room dry, but it was also background noise during the stay. Because of the great location, we might still consider staying here again. Also, it's not easy to find a room at a reasonable rate that has two beds - a single and a double.

The location was really excellent. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and little stores nearby, including a supermarket. We took bus A11 from the airport and got off on the same block as the hotel. All sorts of public transportation very close including buses, the metro, and dingding. Also, we forgot to bring adapters for our electronics, and the front desk gave us 2 to borrow during the stay at no extra charge. We really appreciated that greatly.

The receptionist Andy was very polite and professional, even helped carrying our luggages to the lift lobby. Location is excellent. The bus from airport stops a few minutes from the hotel. The room is clean.

The door for the cupboard was missing and there wasn't a long mirror available. When I last stayed at the hotel the bathroom door had long mirror on the back of it but that wasn't the case this time round - this was also the case with the sliding door for the cupboard. In the grand scheme of things these were minor inconveniences but I thought I'd ought to mention them.

The room was nice, spacious and clean. It had a bench which allowed me to work when I was away from the office. The air conditioning unit worked great as did the air purifier. Staff were always available to help and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well as an MTR station so getting around the place was very easy and convenient.

The hotel has many smokers who smoke in the hotel & probably they are short stuffed, they are unable to carry out their “NON SMOKING HOTEL” policy.

This is a green hotel and obviously smoking is prohibited. When I walked into my designated room at 602, was greeted by an opened door room at 601, just next to me. The 2 men opened their room door, seated with a 2 stools near the entrance and smoking away, enjoying their drink at the same time! The front desk took some time the following day to rectify the issue while we suffered a whole night of cigarette pollution and a noisy party noise !

The checkin was aweful. Was not allowed to checkin till 3 pm. Wouldn't have been an issue if I had arrived in the afternoon but I arrived early to hotel around 9 am and had to wait over 5 hours. Also, I booked a double comfort room. From hotel description it should have been a larger room. This was a standard size room at best and not remotely spacious. So I feel I was billed for the larger room but put in the standard or smaller room. With the cost, had I known this; I would not have picked the double comfort room. Very small closet space. This makes two trips in a row where I've been ripped off. Also, you Booking.com did not save me money so very unhappy with you. Will think long and hard before I use you again.

Location was great everything within walking distance or MTR, Taxi, Bus available. The cleaning staff were very good.

Liked the room. It's quite modern and well equipped. Comfy double bed. Not too big but big enough. Location is superb. staff were pretty good.

The beds are a bit hard for us. But nothing else to complain.

Patient helpful staff. Very clean and spacious room. Excellent location for transportation and restaurants. Coin laundry is just scross the road, very convenient. We will definitely come back next time.

The hotel is a bit dated and tired looking, more so than the official photos but that's to be expected based on other reviews that have mentioned the same thing. There was some minor issues with sound, like I could hear people alarm go off in the morning but it was relatively minor.

The hotel is in a good location, short walk to the train station, and it's pretty easy to go to Central or Kowloon from the hostel. There's loads of nearby restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. I found this pretty good value for money (but I guess prices fluctuate) and considering this is Hong Kong, I had a fairly large room that was clean!
