The rooms are tiny (it is Hong Kong) and the walls paper thin. There was a mess up at check in where I had paid online and then they took payment again but didn’t realise their error and cancelled a payment.

The hotel room was pretty run-down. The shower falls off from the stand. The curtains of the bathroom is completely broken and rusty which was dirty and cannot drop at all when you take a shower. The sink was super small and the faucet leaks. The air conditioner was very loud but we weren’t allowed to turn it off at any times. Other than the location, the living experience was below expectation.

Check-in staff could be more efficient, friendlier and professional. Noisy at night inside the hotel.

Small corridors mean loud noises at night, bed mattresses are short abutting up against a wall and check-in staff are not very interested in what they do or the guests.

Extremely noisy. I could hear noise coming not only from other rooms but also loud noises from the corridor, during the night. Doors banging, people talking, hammering, etc

The rooms are very small. Less than 90 sq ft including the loo.

2 Front desk staff are not hospitable and friendly. Not even care to smile especially the Mediterranean looking guy. Hair dryer wires and kettle wires inside the room are so dirty Rusty shampoo and soap dispenser in the shower Rusty mirrors , dirty window blinds. Too expensive for a very tiny room with less amenities. Over priced.

Too tired. No noise isolation, no cover between wc and sleeping area. Hole on the pillow cover.

Other than the lobby, the rest of the building feels old and a little dated. Tiny lifts and dark corridors with dark zebra print carpet! A large industrial size fan will greet you on the level your room is and will quite literally blow you away! The rooms are as small as to be expected, perfect for one person but I think it would be a real struggle for 2 people in a double room.. especially if you have large suitcases! The walls are super thin and you can hear people talking in the next room. The doors to the rooms are heavy so get banged shut. Cleaners will have very loud conversations outside your room. The air con in the room is very loud - so helps with drowning out next doors noise, but not great if you want to sleep. There is no bin in the room or the corridors.. so not quite sure what you’re supposed to do with litter. No tea/coffee/water provided - although there is a kettle and 2 paper cups in the room!? In general the room is clean and comfortable.. but if you spend a moment just sitting on the bed and looking around you will see the room has not been deep cleaned in a while. The blinds provided in the bathroom are old and frayed and frankly disgusting. For this reason I didn’t use them and probably put on quite the display for the building site across the road! You can leave your luggage after check out, but they will charge you 10HKD for the pleasure! Even then it gets left in the lobby behind a rope on full display for everyone. The washroom in reception is currently not working and you won’t be advised of the nearest toilet unless you ask. There is one guy who was working to check new guests in at the self check in area and he is particularly judgmental and less than helpful - I felt judged and belittled as a single female traveler. I had checked out that morning and left my luggage and had returned to collect it about 4pm when I asked about the washroom situation.

They could add mattress cover or padding to make the bed a bit comfortable and a mirror in the sink !! So a person can shave properly!

Very good location just about a few minutes walk down to Central business district and shopping lanes. Set back it a bit of a challenge if you are carrying large luggage(s) since there are stairs to go up to the hotel lobby

The room was dirty when we arrived. Bed sheets and towels have (blood) stains. From the street, people are able to see you shower. No privacy at all. So, a very good BUDGET hotel but dont expect much from it 😄

AC was super, super loud! Bed was very hard. There was a fire alarm on the whole night in the next room, but nobody cared (or they could not do anything). Even though several people complained. There was no fire 😉.

Our room was small and with small I mean, very small. There was no room left to actually walk. There was a bed and that was basically it. With our two big suitcases, one small and a backpack it was very tight. The room wasn't that clean, it looked like the curtains had mould.

Location was great Our flight was late, so we could leave our luggage (10 dollar per item). There was aircon everywhere. Optional to check in yourself. The lounge is beautiful with electricity points and free water. Location is great too.
