The property would need an update as the carpets and upholsteries are worn. Breakfast, while good, caters more to the local guests rather than international ones.

Good value for money. Good location and comfortable room. Although would need a little update, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff was really kind and welcoming. Omelette chef at the breakfast was a really nice service!

The hotel is in the heart of a popular shopping district. Very convenient to public transportation. The breakfast has reasonable selections. The room is very clean with all the necessary amenities.

The Level 15 was not accessible by elevator. Elderly could not use the restaurant and bar at Level 15

The staff seemed cold and not very enthused, probably too tired or overworked. Did not felt they were very helpful, specially the front desk. the staff at concierge though were super helpful!

The place is centrally located - lot of eateries, supermarkets, money exchange in the near vicinity of the hotel. Overall a great property and good value for money.

Electrical outlets are only for HK-specific plugs. The hotel provided only 2 adaptors one of which was slightly damaged. It would be good if the hotel start slowly changing all room outlets to universal types that can accept all types of plugs

Location was in the center of main commercial stores/shops. Being along Nathan Road simplified transport with Jordan MTR station being a few hundred meters away and bur stops to and from the airport a 3 minute walk away. We also like the fact that most of their amenities try to be as environmentally-friendly as possible e.g. wooden toothbrush, wooden razors, etc.

The people at the front desk, rude and not helpful or courteous. Luckily we didn’t have much to deal with them.

Our room for 3 people was great! Big, modern and very comfortable, since we had a group of 7 people, the others stayed in a 2 per room, those rooms were small only 1 bed for 2, and practically the bed was stocked between 2 walls.

Good value for money, great location when arriving by train at West Kowloon Station. Showering is possible after check-out in the gym, which is really convenient when having a late evening flight.

The check in is at 3pm and it could be a bit earlier, even though thankfully they provide us the room at 2pm.

Good location, located very close to famous places to visit such as coffee shops, restaurants and shopping centers. Staff talk English and they help you with everything. Breakfast is very complete with eastern and western food.

Breakfast was on the top storey of the hotel which had to climb staircase to reach, which is harder for my mum who was 75 years old. The stained comforter sheet was stained with blood stains. I was hoping it can get better as blood are unhygienic, it may carry some germ or bacteria in it. It would not been good for anyone who had to sleep in it. The bed was rather hard, could've been better in quality wise. Had bad bed sore when I woke up, doesn't feel like I rested for the night. Somehow I couldn't upload the photos of the blood stains, but I had the photos of it. The buffet kept repeating everyday, and there's 1 morning where the sausages were sour. There's cereal but there's no milk...?

Other than it's nearer to the shopping district I went to and it is near to Jordan Station. Nothing really. The rooms looked aged, but friendly hotel staffs.

My room was freezing (was like 16-17 c all the time) cause the AC temp. cannot control even we changed to 30 c but the room temp still at around 17 degree 😢 so this is only thing that not good during our stay.

Breakfast is good, all staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and really comfy. Location is great (airport bus stop A21 is almost at the front of the hotel)
