Small room

1. The window was a little bit open, and noise and wind were coming into the room from outside, after the complaint maintenance managed to close it, but still air was circulating, through. 2. The AC was so loud and stinky like a sewage smell was coming when On, I couldn't breathe and I had chest pain, so we were forced not to use it, and open the door for better air. 3. Wi-Fi is slow and bad. 4. We paid for possible room with view available, but as usual those rooms are not available, so dont go for that scam, you will not get room with view. 5. Pool was almost always closed. 6. Bathroom was very small. 7. There was no closet for clothes only 2 hangers on the wall. 8. Be prepared to wait 10 min for elevators. 9. Doors are not soundproof so evrything that happens in the hallway its like is in your room. 10. Bed mattress was hard. This hotel doesn't qualify for 2 stars even.

The rooms were tiny and not up to the standard of a decent hotel. This hotel needs to be rated as a 2 star hotel. The washroom was outside the bathroom.

Great location near metro, very easy to get to from the airport. The rooftop pool was lovely. Great view from room over the harbour. Overall good value for money.

Bathroom layout is impractical, beds very uncomfortable.

The elevators stopped working at some point, but the issue was solved after the couple of days. The room wasn't particularly clean

The staff were incredible nice and would make conversation. The hotel is in a great location with a nice view of the harbour. Transport options were very good even in the early hours of the morning. It was also very reasonably priced

The bed was a little hard for my liking but otherwise lovely

Great location just a 2 minute walk from a undergraund MTR entrance (even if the station itself if about a 10 minute underground walk away!). Spectacular rooftop pool and plenty of ammenities at your door step.

The hotel feels like it was built by Donald Trump in the 80's and has not had an update since. Lots of gold! The bed was not overly comformtable, the size of the hotel doesnt match its elevator situation during busy times. I woudl often need ot wait 10 plus minutes for an available elevator. To their credit, they did position staff in elevators during these times to effectively bypass floor and manually create "express" elevators.

The location was good. It was near the MTR station

The towels and toilet bowl wasn't clean. There were stains on the towels and the toilet bowl.

The pool, views from the room, the rooftop pool and the location. For the location it was good value for money.

The bed was like cement, the layout of the bathroom made the toilet difficult to use. The lifts were up to a 15 minute wait.

Good location, easy access to MTR station.

Staff do not make up room properly, room not properly cleaned. Very limited breakfast options.
