We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere wasn't a late checkout available, so it was a case of using the shower facilities next to the Pool. Fortunately, it was later in the evening and the pool had closed so there was room to re-pack before leaving for the Airport. This could be an issue if the facilities were busier, but after a bit of confusion over where exactly the showers were situated, it turned out to be just a minor issue.
Check in was smooth, quick and efficient (it was late in the evening). Room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast selection was comprehensive and the food quality excellent. The hotel is conveniently located for access to the nearby Star Ferry, Exhibition Bus Terminus and MTR Station, all of which were utilised during the stay.

QatarFrom my point of view, the price is pretty high and the room is small. During our stay there was construction work behind the wall, it was very annoying. The swimming pool was closed due to the private event, so I could not swim.

Austria(-)Unfortunately, the hotel and the rooms now seem a bit worn out and need a renovation (-)the hotel's pool closes at 6 p.m. - that's a no-go for someone who wants to explore the city during the day and relax in the evening (-)Our room didn't have a wardrobe to speak of. There is only a small hanging area, but no storage compartments. This is not acceptable for a hotel in this price range

United KingdomThe room we had did not supply sufficient drawer space for clothes that are folded, so we had to leave them out on the countertops, which was annoying. It would be so easy (because the room has the space) to put in a couple of chest of drawers to solve this problem.
The hotel location is brilliant - adjacent to the WanChai Star Ferry terminal and short walks to the MTR stations. It is also an easy walk to the main restaurants and bars in WanChai. The rooms are a good size and the harbour view rooms offer spectacular views across to Kowloon. The staff are very helpful and easy to deal with. The Mirage bar is good for a late night drink.

I love the food serve in Dynasty restaurant. Room in this hotel is very small and the mattress is incredibly uncomfortable ! In room facilities is very limited, no spoons or suitable tea pot for making own cup of tea.
