To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsSome staff speak as if they want you gone as soon as possible to keep the talk short. Then again this is normal attitude in Hong Kong. There was also the issue that the room has not been renovated in years, as the blinds for the bathroom window is very dirty. Bath tube wall sealings were peeling off at some areas. On the first night, the bath tube was broken as it couldn't hold the water. This was fixed the next day after notifying them. Nevertheless, 1 day less of using bath tub on a 3 night stay. No view from my room on the 8th floor.
I like the fact that it got WiFi, bath tub, sauna (including steam variant) and swimming pool. The fitness centre seems bit small though. The free daily room cleaning and replacement of toiletries is very nice. Clean bed and bedsheets, daily used towel replacements.

Surrounding streets are interesting with eateries, Flower market, Pets street, Sneakers streets are just 5 to 10mins away. Staffs are helpful to assist us with Taxis to airport. Housekeeping staffs are friendly to greet us and check if our rooms are tidied.

United KingdomThe attached mall was okay but not quite as good for my kid's western palate as hoped. Shame they didn't offer breakfast. The cleaners knock early and it's easy to get woken up by that even if they're knocking other doors. While there was an outdoor pool that looked beautiful, and a cute bakery with impressive cakes, it'd still be great to have more facilities for families, like an informal cafe bar. A coffee machine would be fab. The front reception was polite but boy is the queue quite slow. Bring own coffee sachets and teabags if you like them. ;)
Really liked the hotel! I most liked: Quality of room and space for the price and location, the kettle set up, the ease to get to the MTR station (Mong Kok East), filtered water tap, feel of the sheets, the smell of the toiletries incl hand soap is divine! The guys at the front (concierge?) gave us chopsticks to eat restaurant leftovers, great service from them. The Chinese new year display in the atrium was pretty amazing! I would stay here again.

SingaporeThe check-in for our 1st leg (3 nights stay) was rather long - wrong timing perhaps; took us over 45mins to check in. The check-in for the 2nd leg (1 night stay, on a Saturday) was smooth but the room allocated to us was not satisfactory: it was on a low floor and the bath area was raised; not so safe for elderly folks like us.
Staff were generally helpful and courteous. The room that we had for the 1st leg of the stay (3 nights) was comfortable. Wanted to book the Club Room (which I stayed before pre-pandemic) but not available. Love the location.
