It was great although I wish they would have added some cutlery and plates. They are a long stay hotel and with the kitchen I feel like it should be included.

I think the size of the rooms were great. I was happy to have a sink, microwave and fridge. The cleaners were very kind and nice! The bed was comfortable and I did not encounter any of the complaints in other reviews.

Very nice hotel in a good place. Every thing is clean except maybe the shower, a little dirty on corners. The stuff is super nice. Close to public transport, there are shops and restaurants around. I will definitely stay there next time!

Bathroom was below our expectations. Also had a cockroach in the bathroom. The reception was badly reeking of sewer odors, but hopefully a one off incident.

Lobby unfortunately smells like sewer. It’s not terribly unpleasant but it doesn’t smell fresh. It is located next to a rubbish station. Room shows some signs of mould in the bathroom and ceiling. This could be easily repaired by replacing silicone and a coat of paint. Also the pillow is a bit too firm for a back sleeper.

I like: the Acca Kappa shower gel and shampoo, the microwave in the room, strong water pressure shower head, water temperature easy to adjust, bed is clean and comfortable, closet space well designed for luggage to spread open, aircon works well and comfortable, quiet on 26th floor (out of 30 floors), location is fairly conveniently located near MTR station, tram stops, buses, restaurants and bakeries.

It felt contactless. Staff didn’t generally acknowledge you entering/ leaving which some may not like. The doors slam shut due to their weight, you could hear people coming and going easily but luckily my neighbours were coming and going normal hours :)

Very comfortable bed. Very quiet location. Shower pressure was great. The room and hotel is really clean. Metro is a five minute walk away with connections all over town. It was nice to have coffee and tea making facilities.

I think the bathroom simply need to reseal the sink and shower because of the mould. The bathroom is clean but not very pleasant to see sealant mould round sink and shower.

It is a value for money based on the location in HK. If you only want a basic stay will definitely recommend this hotel. The room has everything you need, convenience and supermarket near by.

Front desk receptionist was not friendly and questioned why we were late checking in even after I sent a couple messages about our flight delays and arrival.

What I like the most was the warm welcome we received from Angel during our check in.. we got in early, we were given an early check in for 1 room , to check in the other room at the usual time which sound so considerate so we can leave our luggage and freshen up to start our tour that day. Thanks Angel. And also the proximity of the MTR from the hotel was really convenient.

Vacuuming of the floor wasn’t done properly. It would have been a lot more comfortable if plates and dish detergent were available as the sink, microwave and electric kettle are available.

Super accessible from MTR station and a tram stop, as well as convenience stores and other shops. I chose the hotel because microwave is available in every room.

A suggestion: freshen the air in the hotel lobby. The air there has a stale artificial perfume smell at times.

The rooms are right next to the lift, and each floor only has four rooms. Very quiet and the air conditioning works well.

It was really wet and musty smelling when we arrived. I was worried about breathing in that dampness for the week. The man at reception told me to blast the AC, and it would go away. It did get better, but I wish they'd open the window while they were cleaning, something so that some fresh air could move through.

I stayed here for 8 nights and would definitely stay again. It was great value for money for Hong Kong, the size of the room was decent for HK standards, location was a short walk from the MTR station, and it was pretty quiet (apart from my neighbours closing their doors loudly).

Nothing to demand as this hotel is really value for money.

1. Location - Love it. I took airport bus A11 and I alighted at Gordon Road bus-stop and it takes me to talk to the hotel. From the hotel, it also took me 5-7 mins walk to bus stop & head back to airport, And it also takes 5-7 mins walk to Tin Hau station. Tram stop is r3-5 mins away from the hotel. 2. The local vibe environment with many eateries along the street 3. Room is spacious 4. Appreciate for the upgrade to executive room. 5. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
