Location is good and room are nice & clean.

Although hotel is located in walking distance to the train station, hotel itself is located on a pretty steep hill. It can be quite tiring to climb up after a long day out. Certainly not recommended if you have bad knees.

Overall, the room was clean and bed was quite comfortable. Staff were able to speak well in English. Free wifi was also stable which is much appreciated!

Booked a non-smoking room but was given a room on a smoking floor that smelled faintly of old cigarette smoke.

Good location though the street is very steep. Room is spacious.

It is near to the centre of Hong Kong’s vibe. We are too old for the night bars next door, but younger people may love that.

It was located in a good area around Kowloon where everything was walking distance to TST. Had a few different options for MTR. The hotel is located up a very short steep hill, however worth it as it's close to everything. Lots of food options nearby. Got complimentary water bottles every day. Very quiet at night although it's very busy around.

Originally we were put in the smokers room which smelled very bad. However, we requested to change and they were about to accomodate. Make sure you request non-smokers room if you aren’t a smoker!

Despite initial concerns from negative online reviews, my experience at the hotel was surprisingly pleasant. The cleanliness was commendable, room service exceeded expectations, and the location was excellent. Pleasantly surprised by a positive stay.

The pillows were quite uncomfortable. Lifts took a long time to go down. Quite expensive.

Very clean. Nice interior and decor. Has a bath and shower combo. Decent size room.

That they add a service charge onto each day you stay, to clean when all it was was to replace the water - which I think is misleading. Always happy to leave the cleaners a tip but misleading and unaware until leaving the bill. Also no facilities to change/shower once checked out - first hotel I have stayed at in a while that doesn’t have these facilities. We weren’t flying til late at night, so after checking out in the morning and being in the city all day, it would have been great to be given the chance to clean up and feel fresh on the flight. Also if you had mobility issues I would not recommend due to the steep hill to walk to the hotel.

The location is great! Shops, Mall and restaurant are near by. it’s located in Tsim Sha Tsui, so wouldn’t be far to go other places. 8 mins till MTR station. Room is clean and new

The slope is very steep leading to the hotel. It means it impossible to carry a large luggage to walk up the 150m steep slope. Your definitely need a taxi to send u there if U hv big luggage.

Hotel is v clean. The location is v central.

Not very well maintained: old broken curtains, bedsheets with visible spots (maybe it was clean and I hope it was due to age of the bedsheet)
