The staffs tone could be a bit more nicer. But doesn't bother me.. The view was just a back of another building..but for 2 nights I wasn't in there much. Alot of small cosmetic things need attention to. 1 bathroom light was half working etc

One of staff at the front is not so polite. We stays and booked 2 persons and order extra bed then We paid money 3 persons . But one of staff talked to me this hotel can stay only 2 persons . We so confused why He told me like this. We paid for 3 persons so We can stay for 3 persons . This is our right. But He told me like this. We think. It is not so polite for guess.if He doesn't know our information. He can not talk to us like this .

price: 3.5/5 a little expensive but affordable compared to other hotels in HK staff: the guy at the front desk was abit rude and not helpful. but we barely spoke to front desk anyways so it doesn’t matter

location: fantastic! it was near everything we want to go and near the MTR stations too. a very convenient location. surroundings also had a lot of food and shoppings cleanliness: room service was very helpful and they provided fresh towels everyday :) many people in the reviews complained about the cleanliness which made me rather worried before my trip but the room we stayed in was rather clean and even came with a humidifier and air purifier. very appreciated!! overall: considering the lack of space in HK the hotel room was rather spacious and cozy :)

Room's cleanliness. Overall, we were able to tolerate the room coz the bed was okay, wasn't noisy, we had the non-smoking room and water (heater, drain) works fine. But I have to say, if someone who's allergic to dust were to stay? Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend. You'd have a horrible stay. 2/5 for this. Sorry.

What we appreciate the most during our stay at this hotel was their staff. From maintenance guy, to receptionist. They've very accommodating and friendly--all of them. We didn't have any bad experience with them. There were two receptionists--one during the day and another at night. Both of which are very friendly and respectful. But I have to mention MENTI. She even showed us store recommendations without even us asking. The staff makes up for the dusty room. Haha. 10/5 for the staff.

Overall, our two-night stay at Xi Hotel was satisfactory; however, there were issues with the behavior of the two front desk staff members. Unfortunately, I don't recall their names, but one of them worked during the afternoon and night shifts. Despite this, we had a positive experience in the morning. The air conditioning was effective, the room was clean, and the bathroom had good water pressure. The hotel is conveniently located for travel.

We did not book accommodation here, and breakfast was included. Therefore, I don't know if it's good or not. However, it's probably as good as it looks in the dining room

The carpet is quite old and has some stain on it, small size refeidgerator, flat pillow.

The room has plenty of space, you could lay down and open 3 28inches luggages at the same time, bathroom is clean, air con is great. The location is good, near many MTR exit.

Aircon was a bit noisy when put on max wind. Aircon could be cooler.

Great location (at least for me). Easy to connect with red and orange lines. 1 mins walk to K11 and 5 mins walk to the Avenue of Stars. The room was big and clean. Not as new as I thought but not a problem at all.

The housekeeping can be improved further and not for cleanliness freak. A few times we were given torn towels too. However they are very prompt in their customer service, should you need to call them for any follow ups.

The location and size of room at 36 square metre. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the high-pressure shower head and rain shower.
