We had such a lovely stay at Della Croce B&B. Everything was beautiful, comfortable, clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful 🙂 Breakfast was delicious, mostly made from local and homemade products. We will definitely come back at another opportunity 😀

Our experience at Casa della Grofica absolutely exceeded all expectations. I've visited Istria many times, but this was something completely different – not just a place to stay, but a deeply enchanting experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of the house and its surroundings. Every single detail, from the interior design to the carefully chosen amenities, feels lovingly curated and completely effortless. It’s rare to find a place where comfort and authenticity blend so seamlessly. The hosts deserve special praise – they are like gentle, attentive guardians of the house (or maybe fairies!) who are always there when you need them, without ever intruding. Their care and passion for hospitality is evident in everything they do. The photos online are beautiful, but the reality is even better: larger, more elegant, and more inviting. Every corner of the house has been designed with thought and soul – it feels like stepping into a dream you don’t want to wake up from. And the breakfast? Simply breathtaking. Freshly prepared eggs with truffles, warm, flaky pastries, homemade jams, creamy yogurt, seasonal fruits, and a mighty coffee machine to bring it all together. Every morning felt like a special occasion. We left with full hearts and a strong wish to return again. I hope this paradise continues to thrive for many years to come. Everything was perfect. The apartment is new, beautiful and in a perfect condition. The kitchenette was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious. We highly recommend this place.

    Beautiful charming town with plenty to see and do .

    Beautiful charming town with plenty to see and do .Local events ,rich culture ,peaceful,quiet and serene. Amazing restaurants,wine bars ,cake shops ,supermarkets and fast food options . Safe and very welcoming. Due to it's location it's probably the best place to stay if you want to explore Istra as everything is 25/30 min away from Žminj yet you come back to a peaceful and quiet area where u can get enough sleep. Plenty of local events too ! Amazing little town :) There is a lovely big park in the shade where u can bring your kid to play every single day and at the end of the day you start feeling like a local !

    The hosts met and greeted us upon arrival and departure and gifted us with their very own wine (the family produces it ) .The house is really authentic to Istra ,perfect location and close to the shops ,wine bar & a few restaurants.Charming and beautiful house ,meticulously clean & wonderful hosts .Plenty to see in and around Żminj area as it's the sole center of Istrian peninsula. Would recommend and definitely will book again !

    It was very beautifull, the owners are very kind and lovely. The road to the beach is not long (30min) There are a lot of stuff to see. The Shops are not far away and the food is very delicous. The Pizza and the brugers and its not expensive. Love greetings to Žminj.

    Beautifully furnished apartment with attention to details, located in Žminj from where you can easily go explore the whole of Istria. Right next to the apartments there is a great little bistro&bar Ružmarin with delicious brunch options made from local ingredients.

    Fantastic villa, clean, well planned for at least 8 people. Marko and Claudia are the perfect hosts, extremey helpful and allow your privacy. Zminj is very close (1km) and has some nice restaurants. 25-35 minutes by car to different beaches.
