We loved everything.

Ava was a fantastic host, she received us so well , with a happy smile, showed us what to do, the room was cleaned every day, accommodation was well located, air conditioning in the room was great, as it was really hot outside. Small fridge and kitchen utensils if you wish to cook. Would definitely come back. In the night, the place was quiet, so it was possible to sleep well. We felt at home.

Location : Even if you may feel that it’s a bit far from the old town - you won’t regret any second : Very accessible, by bus Next to nice beaches Quiet and far from the oppressive crowd You can park safely in the residence if you have a car. And last thing, you have a supermarket at 3min walk. Very useful to prepare your Aperitif Guesthouse : Very clean, and confortable. Nothing to say about this. You feel really at home and the owner is more than nice. We really had a good time there Everything was functional. We received plenty of information from the nice owner. Thank you so much again for making us like at home.

Arrived very early off ferry, asked for parking advice and Toni (Ava's son) got us parked in their private courtyard. Gave us a map of Dubrovnik and lots of local information. Nicest hosts we've ever had, Gave us beer, good home brewed wine and liquor courtesy of Marko, fruit juice and water in fridge. Super helpful with local information and recommendations where to visit in Croatia. Toni was particularly helpful when I had a problem. We left friends. Beautiful family. Even got a hand to wash the car. Lovely quiet courtyard with shade tree to have a cold one.

Very home feeling place. In a very green, residencial area of Dubrovnik. Feels like you were entering home and not a guesthouse. The owner Ava is super helpful! We enjoyed our stay there, regretfully, it was just 1 night.

The room is clean and tidy, the garden is lovely and the kitchen has everything you need. Ava is remarkably kind and helpful. She gave us a lot great suggestions about transportation, beach and restaurants. This is the best home stay we have experienced and highly recommended.

I had a lovely stay at Guesthouse Ava. The host, Dragita, was really attentive and welcoming and obviously keen to make sure I got the most out of my time in Dubrovnik. The room was spacious, with a small private terrace and I even had a washing machine in the bathroom. Altogether, a lovely stay and I'd heartily recommend stopping here.

Short walk to the beach and the promenade, and a short taxi ride to the Old Town. The host Dragica was one of the sweetest and nicest persons we ever met! She made us feel welcome and as a part of the family!

Everything was amazing. There is not a single thing that I dislike.

Amazing house owner, very kind and helpfull. Room/bathroom was very clean. Easy to travel from/to Old Town. Close to beaches (around 5-10 mins of walk). When I return to Dubrovnik, this place will be my first choice definitely.

Amazing! We had an absolutely wonderful stay. :) The property itself was as expected and presented in photos. The location was even better than anticipated, with everything you need very close by. Very clean. The hosts were extremely welcoming and kind. We met and had conversation with both, though interacted the most with the lovely Dragica. She’s so sweet and made us feel so cared for. She brought us snacks and offered us coffee almost every day. Her husband gave us fresh fruit he’d picked. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts and it was definitely the most warm and heartfelt booking/accommodation experience I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this guesthouse.

Everything was perfect!

The hosts are wonderful. The room - apartment- property is immaculate. The location could not be any better. We were close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the best beaches. The bus connection is only a few minute walk from here and only 10 minute drive to the old town. The host give me some money recommendations and pamphlets as well as maps and she even drew on the map where we can go for walks, best restaurants, bus stations, and any other interesting points. She gave us extra attention with fresh coffee, fruit, and was super kind and hospitable. I would come back anytime! I can only recommend this place. One of the best places! Thank you so much! 😊

The hostess was very sweet and super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was also available. Although it is not situated in the city center, the bus stop and the taxis were only 5min walk from the guesthouse.

I had a wonderful stay at Guesthouse Ava! Ava was a wonderful hostess and made me feel right at home as a solo traveler. The location was great because it did not take me long to get to the old town or the marina. I would definitely stay here again!

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was taken care of.

The host was very friendly and informed us about the parking possibilities beforehand. The room has proper air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The seating outside is very nice as well. The neighborhood is kid friendly and calm, but you do have to look out for occasional traffic. The host informed us about all the things to do in Dubrovnik and the ways to get there. There is plenty to do in the direct area, but the historic old town is about 40 minutes walking. There are bus lines and taxi's going there as well. We had an amazing stay which was all thanks to the host and her care. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay in Dubrovnik.

We stayed at this place just for 1 night before we went back to Czechia from our road trip in Balkan. It is nice apartment, there is everything you need to relax, owners are very friendly and helpful.
