The location was quite away from the main part of town and out in a Zadar suburb - this was fine for our needs but may not suit people without a car.

We stayed in a very new 2 bedroom apartment - one of 8 apartments in the block. It is very well appointed apartment and great for a holiday rental. There was a nice balcony but no view. The apartment is a 10 minute drive to the main Old Town and definitely not a walk - you would need a car to stay here and enjoy the main attractions of Zadar - we had a car.

Beautiful design and very very comfortable. Modern and exceptionally clean. The location is 30 min walk to Zadar old town or €6 uber. The location is quiet and the local beach is a delight. We loved it. Got to see everything but come home to a beautiful apartment to rest. Felt like home.

All info had been provided until arrival. We were amazed by the apartment and recommend everyone for a try! It’s totally worth the price we loved the sunset, the hot tub, the beds, smart TV and all necessary kitchen gadgets were on place! Loved the BBQ! If you have a bad weather this place os the best you can stay, because it has so much things to offer! Absolutely loved it!

Everything!! Mate was a gent of a host and made us most welcome upon arrival. The apartment is fabulously layed out, all amenities that you need. Beds really comfortable and all in all a fabulous place. Location to the beach (5-7)mins and local bars and restaurants (5-7)mins is perfect. Calm away from the hustle and bustle and only about 7-10 euro to the old city by Über. Thanks for your pointers Mate and the great stay alike. Andrew

One comment would be to include a water jug as we missed that each day. But if you use bottled water not a problem.

The choice of the amazing apartment with its sea terrace view and gorgeous decorations and functional fittings. Also the underground safe parking slot with automatic garage door. The BBQ and kitchen facilities with fridge also on the terrace with comfortable outside sofa, large table with 8 seats and Jacuzzi. I enjoyed every morning relaxing here before deciding where to explore in the afternoon. Very nice host Mate as well who waited until near midnight as our flight was delayed.

Superb apartment - spacious, beautiful, modern, sparkling clean with a large balcony, nice kitchen, a washing machine, and parking. Friendly and responsive host.

The was no utensils to use or clean the barbeque, we had to buy tongs. The kitchen had the basics for simple cooking, but not much else. There was no oil, baking paper, dishwashing liquid etc. You would need to bring your own. Otherwise everything was great. The bathroom had toiletries supplied.

The location was fantastic, with great views of the ocean and the islands. It was a quick 5min walk to the beach. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The terrace was excellent with a hot tub and a BBQ. Mate, the host, was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with a list of things to do and local restaurants at our request. The apartment was modern and clean. The cleaners came every 3 days to tidy and replace towels.

The building is nice and modern but surrounded by less modern apartment buildings.

Beatiful modern appartment with all amenities furnished in a very nice style. Exceptionally comfortable sofa and beds. Rituals amenities provided. Underground parking. Very nice and flexible contact person who also provided us with recommendations for shops and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Overall a great stay in Zadar.
