SingaporeIt is on a 2nd floor, and while the host was fantastic and helped us with our luggage it can be uncomfortable if you have a lot of luggage or larger items.
This is a fantastic apartment, you can see it was really thoughtfully put together and with a lot of good taste too. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen prepared in case guests want to cook, 2 bathrooms which makes it very comfortable and the host even thought of providing some dishwasher tablets and laundry capsules if necessary. The location is perfect, well within walking distance of Split old town and facilities like supermarkets and pharmacy.

The apartment was perfect in every way. I don't think they forgot anything! There was laundry detergent for our wash, and coffee pods for us. It was so clean!

United KingdomDespite having a hairdryer I would suggest taking your own one as power pretty poor. The dryer is attached to the wall with a push button to continue the flow.
Had everything you would need, plenty kitchen utensils, glasses, plates etc. air con in every room, gorgeous balconies, iron & iron board, drying screen, washing machine. Safe. Plenty of extra towels. They done a clean of the apartment half way through the holiday. Due to the expense of loungers on the local beach €20 each per person, they provided us with matts and beach towels. Supermarkets within 2 minute walk. Old town 10minute walk. Very good prompt communication.

SpainThe road in which the apartment is located is not pretty! There´s a lot of graffiti (as there is everywhere in Split) rubbish bins and rather unattractive buildings plus the parking is on the street and can be tricky. However, more importantly the location is great and once you are inside the apartment you can forget the outside!
Apartment Akvarel had everything we needed and a bit more! The owner had thoughtfully provided tea, coffee and some cooking condiments plus bathroom toiletries. The rooms are spacious, modern and above all, spotlessly clean. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to the old city. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift, but this was not a problem for us.

The apartment was in a great location. Only a short walk to the beach, port and historic old town. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. It is probably worth noting there are 2 balconies. Perfect for relaxing in the evening with a favorite drink.

The host meet us to hand over the keys and showed us around. The apart was superb. Modern, clean, fresh and comfy. The bathrooms were lovely and the heated towel rail was an added bonus. We used the washing machine and clothes line, no issues with that. The location was perfect just a 15mins walk in to town. It was our dream stay. The beds were super comfy
