Location is walkable from bus station and property was very clean. Host was nice enough to put some bread and butter for our stay. Really loved the gesture.

Nothing. If I REALLY REALLY had to nitpick, it would be useful to have some towels to use in the kitchen, but it's not that I didn't like it, but more like a suggestion.

The host, Albert, was very friendly and communicative even before we arrived. The house was superrrr spacious and everything was very well-maintained. Most importantly, I'm a very light sleeper and I wake up very easily even with the slightest sound, and I already expect to never really have a good nights sleep when I travel. However, I slept like a baby at Albert Home. Once you've lowered the wooden blinds, it's amazingly quiet and dark in the bedroom. Albert also provided everything you'll need, including bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, and even some food + drinks in the fridge. The location was also great! Walking distance to lots of bars/ restaurants and a really nice park just around the corner.

The whole house was immaculate. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen really well equipped for a night or a week. It was brill being able to park in the court yard which made it easier with young kids. Albert also left some little things for us which was a lovely touch. We would definitely return.

Lack of necessary household items (table and floor rags...), I would like more tableware, a spare set of bed linen. The pillows were very bad.

This apartment was absolutely perfect. I’d make it my home!! It’s super spacious for a very good price. Well located, right between the bus station and the city center, both a 5 minute walk. Apartment is clean and well equipped with some food items too. The owner is super friendly and helpful. It’s very very quiet, both during the day and night.

Lovely apartment, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Good, secure parking. We chose Albert Home because of the fully enclosed outside space (we were transporting 5 dogs from Albania to the UK). Our host was very helpful, and incredibly patient as we arrived later than we intended.

The apartment is in a quiet and green area just near the center, with a big terrace and beautiful garden. We didn't need to shop for anything the first few days, which was the best possible surprise for tired travellers :)

I can’t find nothing about the apartment, but reconstruction works in the whole old town (most of interesting objests unavaillable now), it should be perfect in a year when works will be over.

Everything was perfect: nice and helpful owner, clean, spacy apartment - or rather fully equipped home. However we had our own food we found everything for dinner and breakfast in the refrigerator. Toast bread and nutella laying near the toster and some sweets on the table were nice surprise for kids :-) If you want to prepare lunch in the kitchen - you will find everything you need. Washing machine and plenty of clean towels in a very clean (as all the apartment) lavatory. The place is five minutes walk from old town (under reconstruction now), the park and the river.

Everything was just perfect.

We spent one night in Karlovac in our way to Dalmatia and Albert Home was an excellent choice! The apartment was very clean and comfortable as well as very convinient for the couple with a kid. It is provided in all you may need. What's more you can park your car next to it on a private patio (and it's big enough for a SUV) so you don't have to worry about the luggage. It is also located near Zvijezda and everything is as close as a short walk. Certainly we would come again. Thank you for a warm welcome.
