The breakfast was great, lots to choose from and the location of the restaurant meant we had breakfast on the terrace with a fabulous view. The family room was spacious, nothing there is not a lift so stairs are the only option. Novigrad is a lovely town for a wander, to see the fishing boats and local history.

Very friendly staff. Our room (not facing the sea) was basic but good value for what we paid. The A/C worked smooth and we slept well. The highlight was certainly the location, only a few meters from the sea with a large swimming area, clear waters and a platform and playground in the water for children. The restaurant is overlooking the bay and you can see the sunset. We arrived late so we just missed it unfortunately.

Some rooms could use a bit of lovey and attention.

Wonderful staff, great food, top service, nice and quiet beach, all that you need for a quiet and comfortable vacation you can find in this little coastal town. I would definitely recommend it.

Nature is awesome. Breakfast and restaurant really good quality. Staff is aswell really friendly. Beach is really good aswell.

Really bad apartment. Paint it's very old... Windows arent well covered, so as soon as the sun shines, you will wake up. No option to make the room dark. Bathroom it's horrible and tiny. Stinky aswell.

I have been coming for couple of years now becase I find Room Roccia very satisfying!!! Perfect location,clean,friendly staff, comfortable bed.....only curtains are too small for windows....

There is a lot of little things to improve for better accomodation,but there is nothing terribly wrong...

Perfect location near the sea and mountains, wonderful view from the balcony. Efficient air conditioning and a fridge. Wonderful music during breakfast. Helpful staff working hard despite extremely high temperature. Generally the atmosphere of Novigrad with an amazing castle and a short way to Paklenica National Park. I would like to come back to this place.

Even though the room I stayed in needs some renovation it had everything I needed.

Staff member refused to offer coffee 30 minutes before opening hours and refused to assist us with finding coffee.

The location is excellent, the beach is not crowded.

Restaurant, Coffee, Seaside location

We stayed here for 2nights when we were returning for holiday we wanted a bit more sea time before returning home so we booked this place. The hotel is located practically on the beach, there is a camp next to it so everyone uses that beach and it can get quite full. Especially finding a place to sit under the few trees available. The town where it is located is really charming, it has 2 restaurants and a fast food place (i recommend it, cheapest prices and good food). The sea view room has a spacious balcony and the views are amazing at sunset. There is a small fridge and a kettle, some tea and cups in the room. Gorgeous view from the restaurant where you eat breakfast in the morning.

I knew this when booking the place but everything is quite old, especially the bathroom (mold on the ceiling, broken tiles) and the bed could be a lot more comfortable. Don’t know if this happened only when we were there but the kitchen in the morning seems to be understaffed? since one morning we came to breakfast and there was no eggs, sausages left, barely any bread. The next day it was fine though so it might have just been the timing.
