Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely perfect! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The area was peaceful yet within walking distance of shops, cafes, and the sea. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Croatia. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The apartment is next to the main road - this didn't bother us too much - the windows seal well and if they are closed, there is no noise from the road at night.

Very well equipped apartment. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, including basic spices, oil, vinegar and several types of coffee. Supermarket is across the street. Comfortable bed. Good internet and air conditioning. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. Private parking is in the basement, you can also store your bikes. Easy check-in - you receive the access code and parking instructions in time.

Staying in this apartment was a wonderful experience! The apartment is luxurious, extremely clean and tidy - exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is great, there is a shopping center right across the street, which is very convenient. An additional advantage is the garage with a ramp. The apartment is excellently equipped. The host is extreamly nice and easy to comunicate. I highly recommend it to everyone !

It was very easy to find the apartment & to check in. The apartment is stunning, everything is brand-new. But more importantly, it's clean & with a nice touch everywhere: coffee & tea in the kitchen, hygiene products in the bathroom, things like hairdryer & iron. On top of everything, it's very conveniently situated: a shopping mall across the street with a supermarket & close proximity to the city attractions. A beach is in 10-15 minutes walk.

This apartment was the highlight of our trip to Zadar. The decor is stunning, and it felt like staying in a luxurious hotel The apartment is spotless, stylish, and equipped with the latest technology. The building is secure, and the underground parking was very convenient The location of this apartment is perfect. It's situated in a very nice, upscale neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, markets and old town, which is 15-20 minute walk away. The host was very easy to communicate with and always responsive, ensuring that everything was perfect for my stay. This apartment is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Zadar.

Could have been 10/10 but two couple notes : - we opted in for the free airport shuttle and our flight was delayed, the owner was kind enough to book a driver for us but we ended up paying 30€ instead of nothing and while any Uber from the airport is 12€ max - the very first morning the flat upstairs was under big maintenance/work and the sound of the drill made the whole bedroom vibrate from 7:30am, waking us up badly..

Fabulous flat, brand new, very clean, all amenities (and beyond!), location is prime. Private parking (well protected, inside) is included and perfect.
