It was very nice appartement, the host had thinked for every think inkluding welcoming drinks like Raki, Tea and Coffe.The only non perfekt thing was the appartement entry that had not enough light.

Really nice apartment, it’s very clean and equipped with everything you need. If you stay longer there is a washing Maschine and even a dishwasher since i stayed just for two nights i didn’t need any of this. The host is super friendly provided me with cold beer on my arrival and he was always fast to respond when i message for questions. The self check in and check out is also great.

The apartment was well-stocked, clean, modern, and comfortable. We had a great stay and appreciated that the apartment had free parking, a washing machine, and air conditioning. The apartment is a short walk into the center of town, so it was a great location for us. The host was also kind and prompt with communication. We’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment is amazing and had everything we needed. We are travelling as a family and the cot and sofa bed were set up and ready for us. The host was very approachable and communicated with us and even left some snacks, beer and local rakija for us. If we go back to Otočac again we will stay here.

The outside of the building is a little rough, but the apartment itself is amazing, very clean, organized, big, with all facilities anyone could possibly need. The host was incredibly nice and helped us through what we needed, and also left us a little treat as a welcoming gesture, very nice touch. Would absolutely recommend.

A modern and cosy apartment in the center of Otocac with a very friendly and helpful owner ideal for a longer family stay or a sleepover. Josip helped us with everything he could and recommended a great place to eat by the Gacka river (Bistro Ribic). communication with him was spotless. The apartment is located on raised ground floor in a quiet cul-de-sac close to pastry shops and cafes. All amenities provided incl. shampoo, teas/ coffees, instant kids drinks and even a couple of cold bears in the fridge! Dedicated parking in front of the building. Would definitely stay again!

We are an avid family traveler and by far, this apartment is truly one of the best places we’ve ever been. Cleanliness, attention to details, and the amenities is superb! You will find anything and everything to run your daily life here, plus maybe some more. Josip greeted us and show us everything inside the apartment as well as activities options in the region. He is easily reachable by phone whenever needed (not that we needed any, since everything is already there). Lidl and other supermarket is very near. Location is super! We arrive with small goal to break our drive, and leave with full happiness from a good stay here. Thank you Josip! We will come again in the future.
