The house is very beautiful, with a garden full of colorful plants that surround the terrace. The host who welcomed us was very kind from the start in the messages and continued to be so in person, speaking excellent English. He was very helpful and friendly. The location is very close to the entrance of the city walls, and we went back and forth between the house and the city several times. The facilities and the room were great, and I would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful apartment just a short walk from Old Town. Communication prior to our arrival with Peter was great and we also messaged via WhatsApp and were given directions to where the apartment is on our arrival day. Its a short walk to the airport shuttle bus with no stairs except a few down to the apartment but we were offered help with our luggage on arrival day and also when we left. Alberto and Peter were on hand when we arrived with a very warm welcome. Peter gave us lots of information on good restaurants and bars and handy information on the area. The apartment is set in a lovely large garden with lots of seating areas and we were so glad of this to come back to after the heat and bustle of the city- even just to cool off for a while during the day. Theres a supermarket and bakery a few yards up the road and the apartment is a short walk from the main Gate into Old Town so easy access to restaurants, shops and all the attractions. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and also a great coffee maker with coffee pods supplied. The bedroom has plenty of hanging space and drawers and the bed was so comfy. The bathroom has a lovely powerful shower and plenty of hot water all the time. The aircon keeps the apartment lovely and cool and it is so peaceful with no traffic noise despite being close to the road. Each day Peter made sure we had everything we needed and it was lovely with the apartments being within their family grounds and seeing Peter and Alberto to say hi or ask any questions too during the day. We had a wonderful stay and will stay again if we return to Dubrovnik

The kitchen was equipped with the very basics. The price to value ratio could be better.

The host was very kind, he even let us store our luggage after check-out. The apartment was spacious and there was a very big common terrace for all guests.

Apartment is perfectly located close to the old town. The room and facilities were also quite nice. There are cookware and other items in the kitchen to cook something small. Everything was very clean. I really enjoyed the stay and would like to come again.

We arrived in Dubrovnik very early, and Peter went out of his way to take our luggage into his own home and then moved our bags to the room when the current guests left! Fantastic host.

The location and the host made this property such a great place to stay. The photos do not do it justice, it is much nicer. The room we had was larger than expected and our hosts were so helpful with our luggage and communication. He spent over an hour helping us to plan a fantastic time in Dubrovnik.

The air conditioner was located in the living room and wasn't very efficient, so cooling the bedroom was a bit tricky. But there was also a fan which helped a little.

The room was big and had a nice view. The location was really good, just a short walk away from the old town. Our host was very helpful and they even let us store our luggage with them for the rest of the day after the check out. The room was a bit worn out but it was alright for such a short stay.

The family feel to this property and the incredibly welcoming host with excellent communication. You are made to feel as if it is your own home. We loved the garden, the spaciousness of the property and apartment, the light and view to the sea and the location so close to bus stops and old town was amazing. Our apartment was fresh and clean and had everything we needed, even a coffee machine.

Location was perfect, only 5 minutes to Pile Gate. The hosts were very attentive and helpful to all our needs and gave some great tips on where the best beaches are. 10/10 definitely recommend if you are coming to Dubrovnik

The apartment is really lovely with a very comfortable bed, functional and stocked kitchenette, and air conditioning. The property is located a short walk outside the city walls which made our stay very peaceful and convenient. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. They provided us with great recommendations, directions, and even did our laundry free of charge.

The apartment’s location is perfect, you only have to take a few steps down to go to the old town. The apartment itself is small but has everything you need. Plus, the property’s garden is lovely and the view is amazing. Last but not least: the owner is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

It's a steep walk back up from the old town! I liked the 5 minute workout, but it's not a place for anyone mobility-impaired. (This is probably true of almost every place that's walking-distance but not in the city walls.) The ceiling of my apartment was relatively low, I bumped my head on the dining room light a few times.

A very comfortable base for Dubrovnik, I wish I booked a couple extra days! My apartment was quite large, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor space was scenic and cozy. The host was responsive, effusively friendly, and enthusiastic about orienting me to the town.

Minor issue with shower not draining quickly.

Easy to get to quite location. The host was very helpful and the access to old town location was excellent. We would use the facility again.
