Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was fine.
Nice, clean room with balcony with wonderful view to sea. Place was equiped with everything needed. Pool is absolutely fantastic. Good location - short ride away from shopping centers, places to eat etc. Bus stop near, easy to get to Dubrovnik.

Its close to the main street which is quite noisy
close to bus station, bakery, grocery shop, restaurant and beach :) There is also parking space available. Overall I think it’s very nice location. Clean and nice room with all the facilities. And a sea view :) Owner was also very kind. And of course swimming pool is an advantage.

These are all minor inconveniences...the positives far outweighs the negatives...I would come again for sure. WI-FI could have been better...it works but as soon as there are more using it, the speed goes down fast. Kitchen could use either a small oven or toaster...there is no way of heating/toasting bread. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours. Close to heavily trafficked road...bit noisy when sitting on the balcony but not when inside the apartment.
Great location. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and windows. Very spacious and extremely clean apartment. Newly renovated. lovely and clean pool. Nice wide parking spots. 10-15 minutes drive from the airport. Close to the beach and harbor. Very wide double bed and very comfortable too.

Unfortunately it wasn't as clean as I expected, there were ants on the floor in the entire apartment and the bathroom was extremely small.
Nice apartment, near the main road, nice swimming pool, at about 200-300 meters from the beach.

I was on travel to visit the best place around Croatia and this apartment solution solves me all problems regarding parking , silence and relax . I really suggest to visit it for 2 reason : Swimming pool and peaceful environment . The owner is kindly and polite

The only thing we didn’t like was that the room was slightly too small, it was hard to move around as we had our luggage in there too.
We loved the location of the property, it was very easy to get into Dubrovnik old town as the busses come every half hour and there are bus stops right outside of the property. The room/ kitchenette was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also nice to have access to the pool especially after a long morning exploring Dubrovnik it was great to then chill by the pool in the afternoon.

The only negative is that it is close to a busy road, but that also means it is close to the Mlini beach, accessed down a steep path.
The hosts was very helpful and generous. She allowed us to check in 5 hours early and to leave our luggage in a safe place on our last day after we had checked out. It was within easy walking distance of Mlini beach and Sebreno beaches where there are a lot of activities, transfer ferries and restaurants, as well as good swimming. The Muller apartment guests also have access to a nice pool and the apartments have a fridge and kettle but no kitchen.

There was a mixup with the room keys, there was nobody at the location to help in person, everything had to be handled over the phone, and we couldn't get into the room for a good hour. The host figured it out in the end, and we ended up with a larger room, but it wasn't a good experience after a very long drive.
