Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful – everything was brand new, stylishly furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was even coffee in the apartment, so I could enjoy a peaceful morning brew on the beautiful ground-floor terrace. The lovely lady even gave me some milk, which made my coffee perfect. We only stayed briefly, as we were in transit to Dalmatia, but we truly enjoyed it. The host also recommended a great restaurant and kindly answered all our questions. The apartment is also perfect for children – ours had their own room and even their own TV. Highly recommended and realy very good value for money.

unnecessarily to have a picture of a bath tub with jacuzzi In when it doesnt work. The apartment was expensive.
Big nice apartment with nice furniture. There was a lot of Kitchen equipment. Easy checkin with a pin code. Parking was near. The beds where comfortable.

-for a 4* location they could have a hairdryer and a coffee machine - i ve asked for an hour more for late check out ( i wanted to pay for this hour, because I ve forgot to set the alarm and i woke up at 9.45) , it wasn t possible because " cleaning company is waiting to my door". Of course, nobody was waiting there...
Everything was great! The appartment is big and very clean.

Everything was great. The owner was very prompt in responding to messages. Explained in detail how to check in. Very convenient parking right outside the apartment. Very cozy and clean apartment. There is a small kitchen, nice bedroom and bed. The impressions are very good. If we pass through there again, we will definitely rent this place. highly recommended

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The staff greeted us immediately upon arrival with a smile and said we could come to her for anything we needed. We noticed there was a washer on main level however we didn’t need to use it due to our short stay. There was parking on site and it was close to amenities. We appreciated that there was a coffee maker, coffee and sugar available in the kitchen in addition to clean cups, dishes, pots and pans….not always found at other rentals.

If you want to wisit the town, then you have to walk aprox 30 minutes. But for us it was not a problem.
Really big and nice apartment. More than what i expected. Parking in front of the property, huge balcony. Felt like home.

At the time of our stay, the city center was under renovation.
We had booked 2 apartments - deluxe apart. and apartment with 2 rooms. They were in a quiet area. Everything was great. The kitchen is well equipped; air-condition is only in living room and the bedrooms has blinds for better sleep. WiFi is good. The photos on the booking match the reality. We were most pleased with the parking in front of the apartment. No reservation needed and they were free of charge. If you are looking for good option to stay in Karlovac, this place is highly recommended.
