Newly decorated apartment close to the beach, restaurants and all amenities. Its location is on the hill, and there are more stairs to climb once you enter the building. It is big enough for two people, and practical enough for short stays. Host is very nice and helpful.

If you’re planning to cook in the apartment you need to bring even basic ingredients like salt, oil etc.

Perfect location, everything was within walking distance, the apartment was very nice and clean, also the host was very helpful and friendly, even helped us with parking, would like to come back again in the future

The apartment was very cozy and just a short walk from the beach, which was super convenient. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the space felt welcoming. The host was also very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

The only small suggestions would be to add window screens—these would help keep mosquitos out and make it possible to sleep with the windows open instead of using the AC at night, which would also help save energy. A washing machine would also be a nice addition. Other than that, everything was perfect—would definitely stay again!

Tha apartment is just so beautiful, has all the amenities one might need. It is literally 5 mins away from the sea, we visitted the Christmas Market, which was just as close and the host was so helpful. We are very pleased with our stay in Opatija!

We loved this property! The host was available for questions when we arrived and kindly let us use his parking space. The location is perfect - quiet but very close to restaurants, shops and the beautiful Lungomare sea walk. The apartment was small but much care was taken with decor and small touches that made if feel like home. Very reasonably priced as well.

The accomodation was Top, the owner nice 🙂 Just a little uncomfortly the location on a very steep street and not such near to the see.

This is so tasterfully done, absolutlet beautiful, host also helped with parking which was not inuded. Top place, great host, comfy bed , 2x air conditioing units 1 i. Living one in bedroom cant fault it . Location Is coveniant too. A+++

Absolutely cozy apartment, nicely renovated in vintage style. Our host Mladen was very friendly and offered us parking opportunity, which is an absolute jackpot in Opatija. The seaside is just a couple of stairs and steps distance from the door. We were only there for a winter weekend, but would be also ideal for a summer vacation for 2.
