Internal space 9 and external 100 to 10. Jacuzzi..Sunbeds to relax Big beautiful garden which make you feel great Spectacular views..VFM. These views and amenities are rare in this price.The owner was very helpful and gave us some good advices. PS There is bus station just some meters away so can go to Dubrovnik Old town without stress and extra money to parking. We had parking exactly in the entrance of the apartment.

Amazing location by the water. The outdoor space is what makes this apartment special! Very comfy outdoor furniture to lounge about in, big table and shade so you can eat outside. The hot tub was great! The apartment is functional, clean, good kitchen with all you need. Great there was a washing machine as well. The owner is very friendly and helpful, he even drove us in to catch our ferry boat, though the bus into Dubrovnik is very frequent and convenient. There is a restaurant, couple of small supermarkets and bakery within walking distance.

Small point but there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms so relied on the AC from the living room. I think the double room could be updated a little, with some higher quality sheets Nd more pillows and then the owner can charge more!

I loved this place, the location, the view,.....just so calm. The apartment is perfect for 4 people. The host was also very helpful. The outside area is very attractive with a lovely view over the river which really made the holiday for us. There is a bus nearby that brings you into the old town.

Fully equipped apartment, with all household appliances, all the necessary... great! Carefully decorated garden, quiet and beautiful place, with just a few kilometers from the city of Dubrovnik. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is a beautiful modern 2 bed house with everything needed and extra. Kitchen full of modern gadgets lovely comfy living room area with patio doors out to the beautiful large garden with bbq area again everything that you need. The views are stunning over the Ombla river where we swam in most days. The owner of the property lives close by and very helpful and informative. Nothing is too much trouble. There's a number 1 bus that takes you right into town Dubrovnic and runs every 15 mins.

Very nice villa fully equipped with all necessary stuffs! Viktor was very gentle and helpfull.

Beautiful garden and the views of the water, very relaxing! Spacious house and a friendly host. Everything that is needed for a comfortable stay! My kids were very happy and so was I, thank you! Good location too, short walk to the buss stop to get to the town and free parking in front of the house.

The owner just lives nearby and is very approachable. It exceeded our expectations. The location was great, near the sea/channel. Very relaxing environment especially with the Jacuzzi at night. :)

Great location with view over the Ombla river delta. We were met by the owner's daughter who who welcomed us to the apartment and gave us the keys. The apartment has a front yard with multiple amenities that a family might enjoy - bbq, jacuzzi, kids trampolin, etc. The apartment had everything we needed and was well cleaned before we arived. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful quiet place, excelent hospitality from Mr Victor and his family! The apartment is excelent! We felt like we were in our home!
