Villa Kaktus is wonderful! The location couldn't be better, 20-30 meters from the beach. The apartment is cozy, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed.

Great place to stay in Orebic ! The apartment was big, kitchen fully equiped, close to the sea :) really recommend to everyone ! We had also a table to sit in front of the Apartments, beautiful kaktus 🌵 outside

The location, the garden setting and outdoor eating area, well equipped kitchen, clothesline and obliging owner who let us leave our bags after we had checked out.

It was wonderful. The property, gardens, location, and accommodation were A1! A beautiful 10 minute walk to and from the bus or ferry along the sea side. Our balcony overlooked a green space and in the late afternoon the sun shone down on it and we were really warm there. Lots of room for your personal things, comfy bed , and even a magnifying mirror in the bathroom!

Practical apartment but not really a place to enjoy indoor activities as it isn't cosy. Especially the lights are clinical and bedside lamps impractical. Definitely the garden is the big plus in summer with its shady spots, amazing plants and deck chairs - as seen on the photow

Great location off the main road in a tiny street leading straight down to the water. The kaktus garden would be a lovely place to relax in summer.

A bit dusty on some furnitures.

The apartment is spacious and has everything one need for longer stay too. It feels like home. The garden is beautiful. The best is its location. Easy to find, close to the main road and the beach. Yet very quiet and beautiful surroundings too. One side one can enjoy the view of the mountain and another side just 2mins to the beach by feet. Of course, free parking was a plus point too.

It was a perfect location just 2 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment was perfect, the bed was biiig and very comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped, and it was a also a balcony with table to sit outside. The Air-condition was very useful as well. The garden was amazing with almost hundred years old Cactuses! And the owner was very kind and helpful in every question we had! I would definitely stay there again!

How not to miss the street where Kaktus villa is located - if one is not familiar with the area it is very easy to miss the street where Kaktus villa is as they are very narrow and not well marked. The improvement can be done in the way that all property names be listed at the entrance of the street so people know that they are somewhere along it or say - pls turn left between Konzum and Tommy supermarkets on the main road if you are coming from Postup. Also if you miss the street and finish in a parking lot use a one-way road called Vatrogasni put (Fire track) to access it from the back. I would also suggest that the basic instructions for their cable TV should be supplied so one can use it.

There is no breakfast option as it is a studio apartment. It is in a good location, not far from the beach, walking promenade, ferry port or restaurants.,. The property photos are the exact reflection of the apartments. I noticed that there are oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and local tea bags, but no sugar or coffee so come prepared. I would stay here again as it is in a quiet location, midway between the main road and walking promenade.

Nice place, in a garden, ideally located. Friendly host who welcomed me and gave info on the appartment and area. They also authorized me to leave my luggage there for some hours after the checkout which was really appreciated
