Beautiful apartment so clean and spacious located close to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Has everything you need and more! The hosts were exceptional! The kindest people I’ve ever met as property owners. The showered us with food and gifts and kindness!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Apartments Mara! The host was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The hostess was a warm and kind lady who generously treated us to lots of delicious snacks. Everything was perfect, and we truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean, beds very comfortable. Everything was high standard. Location is great. 5 min walk to the beach. But the most important are our hosts. We felt like home. The kindness and care was unbelievable.They treated us with delicious Croatian food and homemade drinks. It was sad to leave you. 10 out of 10⭐

Better than any 5 star hotel. Best accomodation I have stayed in. Perfect location close to beach and restaurants, incredible hosts with big hearts, very clean, aircon, washing machine, clothes line, kitchen, amazing experience. The hosts looked after us like family. They prepared traditional dishes for breakfast and dinner and also sent us back to Australia with gifts. My son also was unwell and Katrina prepared home remedies to help him get better which I am forever grateful for. I would recommend everyone stay here and I hope to be back again to zadar and I will only stay at apartment Mara. Thank you again Katica and Andrija for looking after us and providing an amazing stay one we will always remember.

We loved everything

Words cannot describe how we enjoyed the stay in this apartment. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would definitely do this. Apartment was cozy and so clean. Hosts are the best in the world. People with big hearts and pure soul. They put so much effort in making sure that guests feel like at home and even better. We will be back to this wonderful place for sure! Apartment is close to the supermarket and to the sandy beach, which was so important for us. In the kitchen you could find everything to prepare nice dinner. So we enjoyed life on the terrace in the evening, feeling the smell of lemons growing outside. While drinking tasty wine and slivovitza which were given to us by hosts ☺️ Andrej and Katica were also bringing us local delicatessens the taste of which was simply amazing. You can find also nice restaurants nearby or you can go by bus or Uber to explore the beauty of the old town. Zadar is close to several national parks, which makes it a perfect place for exploring the beauty of the country. We didn’t want to leave this place and were leaving with only one dream - to come back!

What truly stood out during our stay at Apartment Mara were the hosts, Andrija and Katica, who exemplified hospitality at its finest. They welcomed us with a fridge full of meat, cheese, fresh fruit and beverages, a gesture that instantly made us feel at home. Throughout our stay, they continued to surprise us with delightful touches like delicious pancakes for breakfast and a traditional Croatian dinner that allowed us a true taste of the local culture. They even drove us to the bus station at midnight at the end of our stay, making sure that we were safely on the bus home. The apartment itself didn't disappoint either; it was spotless, well-equipped, and conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from a beautiful beach and an array of charming cafes and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time in Apartment Mara. Apartment was very clean, and everything we needed was already there. The beach is around 5 min walking distance with perfect clean water.Nice restaurants and Caffès near the apartment and the beach. Centar Zadar is around 30 minutes walking( next to the sea). The best experience we had with a very friendly,kind, and helpful owners,Katica and Andrija. They made for us very delicious foods, and we are very often surprised with excellent homemade drinks! We felt honestly welkom, and they made our stay unforgettable. We really give this place a 10 points, mostly because of the great host! We will definitely come back!❤️

I really enjoyed my stay at Andrija and Katica. The room was clean and tidy. There was nothing extra, but all the necessary things were provided. The balcony was a special place, perfect for relaxation. I want to thank Katica for the delicious breakfasts. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with cold drinks, fruits, and snacks for the road. Andrija helped us with car repairs, for which we are extremely grateful. These are the kind of people you want to come back to.

The apartment includes everything to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, and the interior is beautiful.
