Dusco was a very generous host.He brought us bread and cheese and took us to town sometimes and to our ferry port on the day we were going away. He was immediately available if we had a problem. Full marks.

The most important thing to keep in mind is that there are several ways to reach the property. Google Maps suggested the worst route when we first arrived with luggage — it was full of stairs, so what should have been a 10-minute walk took us almost 50 minutes. The host advised us to take a different route, even sent us a map, which was much easier and faster. We just weren’t expecting such a challenging path at first. On our way back to the ferry, we followed the host’s suggestion, and it was much smoother. So my advice for future guests: definitely follow the host’s directions when you come for the first time, and keep in mind that this city has lots of stairs and uphill/downhill paths. Overall, it was a great stay and we really enjoyed our time here.

Communication with the host was very easy, they always replied quickly, and the check-in process was simple. At the meeting point, someone was waiting for us, guided us to the apartment, and explained everything clearly. The photos matched exactly what we found upon arrival, and we truly had a wonderful stay. All the necessary locations are nearby (you can reach almost anything within 10–15 minutes on foot), and the closest beach is about 8–9 minutes away, with other beaches also not far. Overall, it was a great stay and we really enjoyed our time here.

The accommodation and its location were excellent – about a 10-minute walk to the port and the city center. It was very clean and equipped with a fridge, wardrobe, and electric kettle. The balcony was large and beautiful. The host was very kind and friendly. There were enough towels, shampoo, and kitchenware. It was very quiet, peaceful, and comfortable for sleeping, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We were very satisfied and highly recommend this place.

You get to the house up a steep hill, the host helpfully provided a map to show a much easier hill to get to the town centre than the way Google suggests - this isn't something I 'didn't like' but just a warning it wouldn't be suitable for disabled or older travellers.

I was welcomed with a cold bottle of water and a tour of the room. It's in a lovely area seemingly a mix of locals and air BnB's so as a solo traveller I felt safe. The room was clean, it's no frills but that's what I expected based on the price. The hosts were wonderful & Hvar is so beautiful every corner you turn!

The bed was really uncomfortable, and it would’ve been nice if the apartment came equipped with a washing machine.

The host was so friendly and helpful, the apartment was very spacious, the air conditioning was exceptional, the shower was fantastic, and the location was nice as it was only a short walk from the main strip of restaurants/cafes while still being slightly removed from all the hustle and bustle.

Very clean comfortable apartment with a pretty big balcony which was nice to sit on. Hosts live on the bottom level and they are so lovely. Had cold water for us on arrival and gave us some information about directions in Hvar. Highly recommend!

Some of the pots snd pans in the kitchen need replacement to my mind. The bed was too hard for me plus there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was quite spacious, bright and very clean. It's only a short walk from the main square (just be aware that it's fairly high up) I didn't have sea views but I didn't mind because like that it didn't get the sun all day. I liked that there was a clothes line on the balcony where I could dry my washing and beach towels. Last but bot least the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. It was good value for money overall.

Everything was good. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a terrace, and everything that you need for a few days trip. Very close to the main square in Hvar, just 5 min walk. The host was nice also. :)

The first climb up the hill was a bit exhausting but the owner showed us an alternative route up the hill (see picture) and after that it was fine. Beautiful views walking down to city square.
