The property needs some TLC, it could be in better condition. Some furniture is broken, bathroom tiles are cracked, shower cabins feel like falling apart. One room smelled of smoke. Electricity sockets feel like falling out. We personally didn’t have anything against music being played loud, or host’s son learning to play drums - but would be nice if it wasn’t during the ‘quiet time’ after 10pm.

Location is great, rooms are spatious with separate bathrooms. There is a washing machine to use. Very nice terrace with an amazing view. Especially enjoyed rock theme. A cozy living room with a big couch and smart TV

There were quite a few people around in other apartments and it was quite noisy. Shower was pretty small for me, but it worked fine.

It was just a 15 minute walk down to the old Town so good location. I was alone so it was a pretty big space for me, good sized apartment. The owner had good communication all during my night arrival and I got the keys quickly. He showed me around and explained everything.

Like Dubrovnic in general you need to climb a few stairs

The parking spot not directly by the apartment so getting there was a bit confusing. We would have preferred if the host had given us the adress of the parking directly, to simplify the arrival.

The kitchen stuff was not very clean, but there was a washing liquid and a new sponge so we could wash it ourselves. You can't get right to the door by your car (but it's common Dubrovnik's reality).

Nice place with a very nice host. Rather big and very light apartment. Top style interior! Very quiet location not far from the Old City. Sweet terrace with a sea view. Not a bad thing but be prepared for some stairs to get up from the parking area.

Location was great, owner helpful and friendly. We stayed when it was cold and the radiators kept the rooms comfortable and cozy. Pretty view and really neat apartment especially if you are into music!

It could be cleaner. It is 1km away from the old town but it is 1km of stairs.

The host is nice. The balcony view is also nice.

Although Zlatan is a really nice host, the apartment is pretty old and really needs a renovation. The floor of the shower is broken, the plugs are loose, the beds are much too soft and it is dirty (spinwebs, hair in the sink, dust...).

We really liked the proximity to the old town. It's a few steps but it only takes 10 minutes and the way is quite nice.

The shower box was a bit blocked, that we can only take very short showers otherwise the water overflow.

The sea view at the balcony was amazing. Like the decoration of the apartment. Close to the old town, walk to the town and come back by taxi. The host is very nice. Would recommend it!

Everything smelt a bit damp and old. Shower was more a mixer tap so very hot or cold. The facilities are pretty dated, especially the towels, id say older than my teenager. Having to pay in cash was a bit annoying, but not uncommon in Croatia.

The location is pretty good and about a ten minute down hill to the old town. The room is a very funky, especially if you are a music fan. Parking is good under the apartment a couple of flight of stairs down. Don't miss the turning as its a 20 minute drive around the one way system.

A wonderful location with a spectacular view and an incredibly friendly host who seemed always willing to help, offer suggestions, and make our stay better (including taking us to free parking in town and driving us back to the apartment). You won’t be disappointed!
