The apartment has unusual room layout. The bedroom is next to the entrance. The staff start to clean rooms for new guests early in the morning, guests move along the corridor, dogs bark and etc. You hear all these sounds at your bed room and it disturbs your sleep. There is only one socket at the bedroom and one in the kitchen with microwave and cattle already plugged in. One socket is definitely not enough.

The hotel is nice in September. But I presume that it could be very loud when it is fully occupied during the peak season. The location is good to explore the area near by. There are several beaches close to the hotel. We liked the one with the pines to the right (if you face the sea). The staff in nice and helpful. The size of the well equipped kitchen, balcony and bathroom is ok.

Very busy, especialy the pool at the day time, not poaaible to find free beds and umbrellas, we usually spent time at the seaside, as way less people. Also, although the hotel is friendly to pets, we did not like dog smell in the room, it was quite strong especially in the beds.

Nice place at the seaside, not far away from Pula. Convenient large swimming pool, outside quite a nice path for a walk in the shadow.

We had a side view balcony with full sun and no umbrella for shade, so we were unable to sit outside as it was unbearably hot, we asked to be moved to a front view but was told they were unable to move us. There was no corkscrew to open our wine or tea towel to dry dishes. We asked at reception, but they said they did not have either. So we went a bought from the shop. The pool area was very noisy, with kids running around and jumping into the pool, so we left after a quick swim and spent the rest of our week on the beach instead.

The location was super, great hotel and friendly staff. The room was self-catering, which we like. Bed was comfortable. There were a couple of English channels on the TV, which was a treat to be able to watch. The view from the pool area was gorgeous. There were restaurants and shops all in walking distance to the hotel as well as some quaint beaches. Some beautiful areas for walking and exploring. We highly recommend this location.

The food at the hotel restaurant could do with some improvement and friendliness. Staff not the nicest, food not the best taking away from other great offerings around.

its a very good location if travelling with small children especially. Its just a pity that the hotel restaurant could not even sell coffee alone in the morning if one was not having the full breakfast they offer.

The location is extremely noisy owing to irresponsible parents letting their children scream at the top of their lungs - I understand it’s a family resort but there’s no enforcing of silent areas (although clearly marked). The parking is full even in September due to locals taking up the hotel spaces to go to the nearby beach, so finding a spot is a nightmare. The spots are also very narrow. The restaurant and shops downstairs are overpriced although the food is very good - but you end up on the wrong side of 100€ very quickly for a couple beers and one main dish each as a couple.

The apartments are great for a couple, fully equipped kitchen is extremely handy. It was clean and the staff swung by to check on us every 2 days. The location is great, beach side and with a large pool; there’s a restaurant and bar downstairs. There’s a game room we really liked and there’s evening and daily activities to keep you entertained.

What we didn’t like it was that from the first day we walk in in our apartment the AC didn’t worked. Thank god for Boris and the nice gentle man that spend good two hours fixing it for us because it was extremely hot day. Our stove was missing knobs, the telephone didn’t even work and the TV as well. Of course the knob in the stove was added and the TV as well. I

What I love about the property was the view we had to the pool and the sea. It was wonderful. What I also like what the stuff. Boris the receptionist had always a big smile everyone we walk by or had any questions for him. We also had other stuff that were very friendly. Dorothy that works with another company but is at the hotel giving massage was amazing as well.

Didn't understand how often the room would be cleaned and towels changed, I had to ask one of the staff members for fresh towels as up to that point the towels were not changed. Overall a bit outdated and tired but...cheap so cannot complain.

Hotel was far from the city centre. Our apartment overlooking a hedge yet we could have had the sea view. Toiletries and Towels were not topped up/changed as much as we would have liked. We had to keep asking.

Breakfast was excellent. Pool was great, proximity to the beach was good. Food was good.

A future tip would be perhaps another swimming pool, this is a very busy, large resort with only one pool, better and faster internet but really liked the overall experience, a bit of everything for everyone, I had elderly parents and a child with me and everyone was happy. This is a busy, family and pet oriented resort

The room is very small for a family of four, especially if have more luggage. The space is optimized and used at maximum, but it is still difficult to move around.

It was clean at the first glance, bed sheets were very clean, kitchen area, floor, towels... but toilet lid inside part was not cleaned at all, and there was a dirty towel left ( forgoten) in the shower cabin. It was not critical, but i decreased the rating because of that.. It would be difficult to stay for 4 people family in a family room, there is 1 bed only and +a sofa, placed right in front of the AC- it is impossible to sleep there unless u switch off the AC for a night- wich i could not do :))) 3 people is ok if yr kid sleeps with you
