I just had so much expectations especialy it is a 5 star hotel. I expected that they will clean the room and change the bed sheets daily. Also the indoor pool is too cold to swim. My son couldnt stay long in the pool bec he was feeling cold.

I like the location its really a beautiful place and very accessible. The bus is just right infront of the hotel and there are many things to do there. I love the restaurant facing the sea, everytime we had breakfast, we always had the best view by the sea and fresh air. It was memorable. Thank you Valamar!

The overall property was pretty impressive...great views and wonderful amenities. The breakfast was great, the room was clean, free parking, and staff very friendly. They had live entertainment (singer and accompanying guitarist) in the louge till probably 11pm, which we enjoyed. We only booked one night here, the night before leaving for the airport to fly home, and we regret very much not staying at this resort hotel for at least another day to enjoy the property and its amenities.

It takes 10 -15 minutes to get to the President beach, and you go up when you come back to the hotel 🥵. It’s nothing to do around nearby the hotel, just go to the beach or live music in the lobby. But you can take a taxi or public bus to the center of the city, which is ok .

The hotel was great with a beautiful view from the swimming pool. Personality was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Clean. Live music in lobby every evening 👍🏻👌 You shouldn’t pay to the sun lounges on the President beach.

Location isn’t ideal for a short trip to Dubrovnik we had to get about 8-10 Ubers across a 4 day trip That being said the 3 pools and extremely comfortable bed means I soon forgot

Guest car park was quite far away.

The breakfast was amazing. Beds were super comfy. Clean and fresh rooms. Staff directed us to the hotel guest car park. Brilliant location, with a bus service into town for 2 Euros each. Lovely walks and stunning coastline.

Prices for soft drinks were very high and not a lot of choice of restaurants and bars in close vicinity to the hotel. The pool bar also ran low on drink stock and ran out of certain products and Ice creams!

Staff attentive and informative on arrival and allowed us to check in early with full facility use both on check in and check out days which was lovely. Rooms were large and clean with a good size balcony. Breakfast buffet offered good selection and the pool area was stunning! Always sun loungers to use without having to rush down in the morning and the views were beautiful.

They could maybe spend more time into better cleaning the room. Specially corners of the ceiling there were like spiders.
