The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Location was great as it was very accessible to the city centre as well as train station. All walkable distance. We also got upgrade to a suite. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of spread.

Maybe the cleaning on the stairs could be better. Banisters were covered by dust and I realised it only after I saw my son’s hands. Maybe the carpet in the room would need a change… there were tiny parts of it on our socks and then it was everywhere. The sofa didn’t look good, there were some stains…

I really love the location of the hotel, because my favourite Park Zrinjevac is close and also the tram stop is also few minutes away from the hotel (Glavni kolodvor), also it’s about 10 min walking to the main square… There are also few other things which are great about the hotel, e.g. the hospitality and friendly communication of the stuff, delicious breakfast with a huge variety of meals. Beds are also quite good. The cleaning in the room was also fine. The possibility of parking space and a crib in the room.

Spotless clean. From the rooms to all the corridors, reception, parking, dining area. Small details are the big plus - lemonade water in front of the lift ( after a long walk much needed), gorgeous mirrors in every corridor ( if you forgot to check on yourself inside the room), staff will help you at any time.

Our stay was a delightful experience from start to finish. Despite being an older establishment, the hotel exudes sophistication and charm in every corner. One of the standout features of our stay was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Situated in almost city center, it provided convenient access to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. One elevator that fits 4 people sans bags; I took stairs to 5th floor twice a day.
