As I dependant travellers we didn't seem to fit in as all the other guests seemed to be on all inclusive. We thought there would be a restaurant with a menu! All the tables seemed to be reserved for these guests.

We used the hotel pool just once - the edges of the pool were really dirty and the water was not clean either. We didn't see any improvement in cleaning during the whole week. The food quality was quite poor and we wouldn't recommend to take all inclusive in this paticular hotel- AI covered only meals in one main restaurant and snacks and some local drinks at limited time in one of the bars only.

Family premium apartment was excellent for family of 4members.

Full of retired people who came as part of a tour, giving an old feeling to the place. The room would need to be refreshed and a bit loud with the karaoke at night.

Well located with a nice view. Breakfast and dinner were quite good and the receptionist was very friendly.

Our room was in the detached building few metres from the main hotel. We had to carry all the luggage and baby pram up the stairs.

The season hadn't began so not a lot was open. Only 2 places to eat were open by the 3rd day, so very hungry day 1 & 2 and 2 bars open. You need to be able to walk up Hills to get around.

Lovely walks, clear sea's peace and quite.

Hotel is supposed to be 'All-inclusive' but don't be fooled by that, because your choice of drinks and food is absolutely horrible. In addition to that everything is very disorganized and you simply cannot escape the feeling of being at a Refugee center somewhere. There are specific times for meals, and if you miss it, you are out of luck. As far as rooms are concerned, they look like they've been designed by Tito and Stalin themselves. I truly hope that you can see the picture about what kind of facility this is. Wifi isn't slow, it just simply doesn't work at all. I mean User name for wifi is 1hotdxywvf, really?? There is a pool, but the water is so filthy. You are far better of staying at a regular hotel or better yet private accommodation and eat at local restaurant.

No hotel parking opportunity, because there was no more place to park the car. The receptionist had no information about that. The pictures of the hotel were much more better than it realy is. The food were not good enough, very simple meals... Not a good choise for a young couple, the hotel was full of famailies with kids. The restaurant and the bathroom were not clean.

Seaside location, seaview of the room Restaurant balcony

The beds were not that great. The room was a little cramped, as was the bathroom

Very friendly reception staff who went out of their way to help and accommodate us. Fantastic sea panorama from bedroom balcony equipped with table and chairs. Food varied and tasty.

Breakfast was not too much, but they had just a few guests, so that may be the reason.. Rooms could use a renovation, just a shower, and tv.

The hotel is located on beautiful beach, and it has nice clean pool as well. Service is great, staff is very polite and welcoming. In case you are looking for place to relax this is the hotel to go to, but if you are more into partying...well it's a quiet and peaceful place.

The elevator didn't work for two days (it didn't work when we left so I cant tell for how long it was like that), which was really annoying considering that our room was on the 5th floor. That should have been fixed asap, after all there are elders residing in the hotel as well. What also bugged me was the WiFi, which you need to pay for to use. Kinda silly to see that these days. Should be free for everyone, not to mention for those that paid all-inclusive.

The food was great. Buffet style meals, there is something for everyone. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, the view was nice, sea-side.
