Would have liked a kettle as advertised but there was a mini fridge and we were able to make do very easily.

It would have been lovely to have just had breakfast facilities snd the ability to purchase bottles of water.

The property was spotlessly clean. The owner and our maid were wonderful and very helpful. The location was excellent too. It was lovely to relax by the quiet pool.

Listed it says there is a shared dining room but another line says not to enter the kitchen or dining room that is for staff. It could be more clear which dining room is for guests

The apartment was large and quiet. The pool was lovely (smallish but deep and well maintained). Friendly staff. Lovely clean room, cleaned daily. Large bathroom, with good quality shower gel. Good communication with staff. Lovely restaurants nearby

This didn't affect us, but there are only four sunbeds around the pool - in busier periods this might mean that you're competing for space.

We really liked staying here - it was a lovely property with a great (but small) pool and only 15 minutes away from the centre of Split. We found it perfect for combining a city break with lounging around the pool!

We did request a slightly later check out, only by 2 hours as we had a very late evening flight back. This couldn’t be accommodated for us which was a little disappointing, although we completely understand it’s high season and busy.

Very clean, serviced each day with fresh towels provided. A nice big, bright room with an air conditioning unit. Beautiful garden and pool area. Overall a well maintained property. Good location; a quiet residential area within easy reach of the promenade/old town (about a 20 minute walk) and Bacvice beach (about a 5 minute walk).

It’s more an Airbnb than a hotel but it’s a very good one. There was a lovely coffee shop about 10 minutes walk away (Cookie Lab) for breakfast but it got very busy as there seemed no alternatives. If you wanted a drink in the heat you also had to go off and find a bar although there were some supermarkets in the city centre. The negatives are more just for info as we loved the place and would happily stay again. All the staff were great too.

Lovely clean room. The small shared pool is a nice bonus in the heat. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. It’s an easy walk with plenty to see so we enjoyed it but you are staying in a nice residential area rather than the tourist centre. As there is no restaurant or bar at the hotel it does commit you to walking quite a bit or getting taxis as there is nothing much within 10 minutes walk. We were ok exploring but others might prefer more on site. If you do explore then Split is a great place to do it.

Too far out of centre long walk to & from. No literature in room about Split for visitors. Shower very odd protection panel not in front of shower. TV not very good hard to operate

We found the location felt a bit ‘out of the way’ from the city and cab fare at 20E one way a bit prohibitive to popping back there for the evening. It was a bit of a shame that no information was provided in the room either as to local facilities in the area, and there was no reception as such at the property or anyone around to help. We wondered what we would have done had we lost the keys in the evening as there was no contact information provided of anyone to contact. Bed was a bit hard for our liking.

The property is lovely . Spacious room , beautiful garden & pool . We were very well looked after by Dakar . A lovely friendly & helpful lady - nothing was too much trouble . The Countess who own’s the property was in residence on holiday when we were there . She lives on the top floor . An equally lovely & friendly & gave us many good recommendations of excellent restaurants to eat & things to go & see .

There was absolutely no signage that the house was an actual guesthouse. We found a parking spot in the neighborhood and starting asking the neighbors if they knew where the guesthouse was, fortunately the house had a pool which was unique for the area. When we got to the house, there was no signage indicating that it was a guesthouse. We just opened the door and starting calling for help. Fortunately, the owner was there and was able to help us.

We were lucky that the owner was there to help us as the property manager hadn't arrived yet.

It was a little bit difficult to find the property when getting dropped off due to it not being a traditional hotel building, but once we were in it was great :)

10 minute walk into the centre of Split in a quiet neighbourhood. Very friendly staff and easy check-in process. Rooms were cleaned daily and had everything we needed - including streaming services on the TV!

Don’t use this property if you are a group wanting late night parties it is not the place for you.

The best warm welcome to greet us you could ask for. Great location just outside the main hub of the old town of Split. Lovely local and more gourmet restaurants very near the property. The property was immaculate, quiet, beautifully renovated and a very comfy bed. Free parking upon request and will 100% stay here again next time we are in Split if we are lucky enough for it to be free.
