The staff. Pavle was so welcoming and nothing was too much for him to do. He helped with our food ordering and recommended special dishes as we wanted to try local cuisine. Our Hostess was also very friendly and warm. Her smile was sunshine and she demonstrated warmth. The hotel is in perfect location as we walked everywhere and so quiet with no cars!!! We both loved our time in Porec and would recommend this hotel to all. Jill and Brian New Zealand

This hotel had the best price-to-performance ratio in all of Istria. Beatiful, high-end 4* hotel, right in the centre of Porec, with amazing breakfast highly recommended!

Excellent location just outside the old town and near plenty of restaurants and cafes. It's a nice boutique hotel, helpful staff, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, including English style scrambled eggs. Nice sized rooms, with good air-conditioning and good wifi speed.

I travel by public transport and the hotel was within very easy walking from the bus station. There are stairs only so the very helpful staff was more than happy to take my luggage up to my room. Overall every thing was clean and very comfortable with the staff very friendly and helpful

We had to park in the public parking. It was near and we found the place. But if there was high season can be difficult to find the place or have to pay much. In our room didn't function heating, but it was changed to another room. But was not high season. I don't know how it was if there was full booked hotel :)

The hotel located in very center of Porec. But they don't have parking for car. The car they suggest to leave in the public parking. Sometime can be difficult to find place for parking. The room is nice and elegant. For the breakfast we had variety of food. The owner was very polite and kind.

No complaints, really great place, but I must mention the fact that the price is significantly higher than last year.

nice, clean modern apartment, in a great location on a small street in the relatively quiet part of the old town. The host was really friendly and accommodating. She had a secure area to store our 2 ebikes overnight (in a locked area across the street) which was appreciated. Nice breakfast included.

Parking is a distance from hotel and staff does not pick you up on arrival. Staff was unable to make television work. Fitted mattress cover was worn out. There were no fitted sheets.

We felt this hotel was great value for money. We loved our room which overlooked the little square. Very clean tidy and lovely extras like bottled water. Staff were really friendly and we had a nice continental breakfast the next morning, with freshly made coffee. The location was absolutely ideal for us, straight into the square amongst the old town, with so much on offer and we arrived when there was some traditional regional dancing and singing going on! We fell in love with Porec and will happily stay at Hotel Melissa again.

Location was fabulous. We were lucky enough to arrive on the night of an arts festival, with singing and dancing competitions in the square outside the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly and accommodating.

The room was super clean with lovely white sheets and pillows. The staff we very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had very good choices and we ate outside in the square close by the tree. They stored our bikes and I would highly recommend staying here.

Air con works really well, the room was as described and location great. Close to supermarket and the old town. Lovely staff Clean and well decorated. We really liked it. Very good breakfast, eating outside on the terrace was lovely. Well done!

The room I stayed in was great apart from there's only a skylight as the window. Nothing major and did not affect my stay in any way

Staff were very friendly. Very accommodating. I checked out really early to catch my flight and reception was still closed. Luckily the lady who is setting up the kitchen, helped me and managed to sort my check out. The location was perfect right in the middle of everything.. Restaurants, attractions and stores so everything is in walking distance. Food was very nice and room was overall very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay there.

Lovely location, 50m from the main square, 200m from the sea. Easy access to bars and restaurants. Kind and helpful staff (special thanks to Emir), tasty breakfast, homelike atmosphere. Cosy small hotel, perfect for those who don't like crowded places. I am quite sure that I will come again.

Melissa was a kind and generous and accommodating hostess . The rooms and facilities were very comfortable. She helped us out and gave early access on a rainy day, gave great advice for meals and shopping, and served a fabulous breakfast.
