Whole apartment was nice, needs a bit of renovation here and there. Apartment was spacious,clean and is good for family. You can park at close proximity, which is very comfortable if you are traveling by car. Not too far from tram line to get directly to the downtown.

The air conditioning system was incredibly dirty. The bed was not comfortable for me. The mattress was tiny.

Everything was excellent. We were with car and location was super, they have free parking. We forgot something in the room and the hosts were very kind to let us back into the room after 10 hours. so we could pick up what we had forgotten. Thank you!

Parking is always a little bit of an issue.

Location, hosts and cleaning crew friendliness, clean and comfortable apartment. This is my second stay and I would consider staying here again. Also, communicatio prior to arrival was great as well.

It is not our first time in these apartments, but this time we were not checked in by the address we came, but had to go to another apartment building owned by this family. Yes, it is a 5-minute walk, but still quite inconvenient on foot with suitcases and a small child. Such information shall be provided beforehand and we would come to the new address by taxi then. In addition, there are a lot of stairs to compete as the apartment is located under the roof. I won't book it as we are traveling with a small kid. The A/C is not sufficient for the whole room as it is quite big and hot in summer. WiFi password shall be printed and put firmly somewhere, so it is available and nobody throws it away )

I had to pay cash at the property and no bill or receipt was given to me. I emailed three times but in the end I had to call them to get more informaiton.

The flat is a in a residential area. There is a small supermarket round the corner and a big SPAR supermarket in a walking distance. There are not many restaurants around. The city centre is reachable by tram in about half an hour. The size of the studio was reasonable for a small family of 3 (two adults and an infant) and it contained all the necessities but the microwave.

It is better to contact the owners beforehand about your time of arrival, so then you don't have to wait. But there is usually somebody at the reception or in the house nearby. As it is not the only apartment building owned by this family, there might be some slight confusion about what reservation you are referring to ) Parking might be difficult as there is not so much space close to the building.

A cozy small apartment with everything needed for a short stay. The building having several apartments is held by a family. The district is nice, several shops located nearby. Quite close to the airport by taxi/car.

We just stayed overnight in the facility. The host was very polite and helpful. The location was in the city maybe not very central but be were mobile and ok for us.

We lived for a week, and there were no garbage bags, no brushes or dustpans for cleaning. Then we bought toilet paper ourselves. Upon arrival, behind the bed they took out several smoked cigarettes, dust and dried cookies. Few sockets. One key for two, there is no way to leave at different times and return the same way, we had to adapt.

The apartment is comfortable. Nearby are shops, a zoo, a shopping center - 15 minutes by car. A beautiful park for walking.

The cooking pan the apartment had was done for. And you could only pay in cash which isn't the end of the world.

Nice studio apartment with a balcony for smoking/chilling. Had a basic setup for cooking so you could make your eggs and bacon. Good enough for sleeping through the night and enjoying the evening, worth the money.

Very weak to pathetic wifi. We got a smaller room than we bought. (Smaller than it was in the pictures) Room equipment (quilt, towel) was only for one person. But otherwise satisfactory accommodation.

Accommodation near the estate, within easy reach of the stadium, the zoo, and the tram to the center. Comfortable bed, bathroom. The kitchen was also fine.
