I would skip some fake flowers and little carpet in the hall - they are just dust-collectors. But I know some people like things like this :)

The apartment is very nice, luxurious, there is everything you need including a hairdryer, an iron, etc and Internet access which was a nice surprise as on Booking it says that there’s no Internet. We also could check in few hours earlier which was really helpful. I really recommend it!

It would be an extra plus if there were a laundry machine in the apartment.

I loved every aspect of this apartment. The very modern interior and the two air conditioning units were very welcoming. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The kitchen appears to be fully equipped for meal preparation, although I did not use it myself. The view from the balcony is amazing. If you plan to rent a car, the property offers one free parking spot for your stay, which is very convenient. If I visit Zadar again, I won't look for any other options since this apartment was everything I wanted. The hostess was available by phone during my stay and responded quickly.

Just one small recommendation to the owner: the user could be informed earlier that will receive check-in instructions at the exact time (we were a little worried when the owner did not pick up the phone five minutes before the agreed check-in, but then a few minutes later we received SMS instructions for the check-in).

Nicely decorated, clean apartment. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, a grocery store is close by. The apartment has its own marked parking space. The apartment is on a higher floor, so there is no noise from the street.

The apartment was really nice, spacious and modern with all amenities. Everything was clean. Pity we only stayed for only one night. It is just outside the old town of Zadar, but working walking distance. The communication with the host was also good. She replies in less that 24 hours. Will strongly recommend even for longer stays.
