We would enjoy the pool if it would be warmer. Heating of children pool is missing. Water in the pool was cold - is September already.

Glamping tends are near the sea so we could see our children playing directly from the terrace.

The Glamping tent is very comfortable and well equipped. I really enjoyed the view and the sea is crystal clear :) Perfect starting point for bike tours!

The noise levels from the beach bar were quite bothersome. The band and festivities went on well into the night (up to about midnight every night of the week). This was very difficult to tolerate, especially when staying with small children. Fireworks on one night (also around midnight - not during new years eve, just a party). These were so loud it felt like they were inside the tent, and was very disturbing. Obviously when staying at a fully booked resort in peak season, one would expect some noise, but this was extreme.

The resort has many amenities, and in a beautiful setting.

It was quite noisy around us during late evening. We are family with 2 kids so we also had a problem with sleeping due to daylight coming into the Tent early AM (summer time). You must consider the fact that there is no way to stop the daylight entering the Tent.

Whole Camp is well organised, everything you need was inside and the Glamping tent was spacious.

There are two points where I think there is room for improvement. First the glamping option on the site, my advice don't go there in April or beginning of May, is too cold, extremely cold during the night. Initially we booked a glamping option for our long weekend, but after the first night we were so miserable because of the low temperature inside the tent. There is an AC capable of heating in the tent but I don't know either it was too cold outside or the system was not in the best shape and was not able to heat the tent. The next day in the morning we went to the reception and asked to be moved to a mobile home. We paid the difference and we received a very modern and clean mobile home for which we were very pleased. My advice for the camping facilities is not to offer the glamping option until the weather is not suitable for that. The 2nd point that I want to mention is that being at the beginning of the season a lot of facilities from the camping area were closed especially the ones from the restaurant area. For this reason we went out from the camping daily to grab a fresh meal.

The overall experience at Camping Park Umag was a positive one for me and my family. There are a lot of facilities, a lot of space so it doesn't feel crowded. The accomodations (2nd one) was a good quality, modern with a touch for families with children. Also the location is excellent, about 7km from Umag and 8 km from Novigrad, good options for daytrips.

The tent is very comfortable and spacious, the terrace has a view of the sea. In the spring months, it is an excellent location for walks and sports. Kids really enjoyed it.

- expensive (4 people, 1.4k euro for 4 nights) - expected better conditions for that price - our place was far away from attractions - 10 minutes on foot to the swimming pool - it's dark inside the glamping, especially in the bathroom - the whole place is super crowded, dozens of people on bikes, scooters etc.driving on a narrow roads - it's not something for me - even as the glamping was for 6 people, we didn't have any place to put our son's to sleep. They are 5 and 7 and they move a lot during the night. Mattresses were very big and we were scared they could fall down during the night + other smallers

Glamping Tent advertised as air conditioning but the air con unit was old and not good enough to adequately cool the tent, we were so hot and could not be there in the day, very uncomfortable. Site was ridiculously busy so was not as private as the Glamping Pictures portrayed, perhaps the front line of tents were better!!! For a family looking to be cool in the accommodation, wanting local croatian food, gluten free options or wanting a peaceful holiday in beautiful surroundings do not go here.

I was expecting soap, and shower gel at this quality, image, and price level. I wonder after building this nice tent why a toilet paper holder could not fit into the budget add to the bathroom? It was disappointing that the bar next to the water sports center and Cold Desserts did not accept bank cards at all. It was posted.

We stayed at the far end of the camping which had + and - . All in all, it was good. The restaurant close to the beach was well beyond my expectation. Service was excellent and the food was much better than expected.

the tent had ants and spiders really bad which is okay because it was a quick weekend trip but could be a problem for people staying longer. also the family tent was on the opposite side of the park from the pool so it was a very long walk with kids

Incredible traffic for check in and check out. It's really a shame how long the wait is and how long the queues are. Even that day it was raining and we were all standing outside in the rain waiting for them to check in. I have never experienced that in my life.

There was a cologne spray scent on the main bedroom bedding in the glamping tent that was headache inducing. Only negative comment I can't think of.

Exceeded expectations. I think the site under sells themselves. Our families stay there was more than we expected, in so many fabulous ways.
