The location could not be more perfect. The sea is just steps out of the house and the home is right in the city center. What really made the stay memorable was the friendliness of the owners. They helped us get to the house, get our stuff upstairs, and park our car for us. While eating breakfast they held our baby so that we could eat, then helped us by getting our car back and bringing our stuff back down. We couldn’t have asked for a better, more relaxing stay. The location is super nice, just next to the beach. Also the bar is facing the sea probably has the most beautiful sunset views. I would also separately mention the exceptional quality of the coctails that you can order at the guesthouse bar, Peskafondo from 7 pm. Staff very kind and professional. Rooms are clean and have a reasonable price/quality ratio. We will definitely book again, when in Primosten next time.

Verz close to the main city entrance where sometimes very loud music is playing. Especially if the music is not live and delivers a loud bass sound which was not verz relaxing

We were fine with the stairs but we were with our elderly aunt and uncle. I think that would be the only problem with this location if stairs are difficult for you.

We loved the location on the water. It was so enjoyable to have our coffee and breakfast outside with the beautiful view. Everything is in close walking distance.

The location is ideal - in the morning you watch the sunrise in the garden of the bar, in the afternoon you enjoy the shade. All staff very professional - waiter, maids and owner too. It can be seen that the owner has a lot of respect for his workers and takes care of every little thing. The apartment is spacious, cleaned every day and with a sea view. The building is in a walking zone, so parking is a little far from apartment, but really not too much and included in the price. All cars are in the shade all day.

The bathroom did not have a window nor a vent, so it was quite hot!

The location is stunning, a few steps from the beach. The breakfast is served right by the sea, and you can have it whenever you want! We woke up quite late one day and had breakfast at 1 pm, this was no problem and everything was delicious.

Nothing - no complaints!

The room was nice and clean with a lovely balcony. The staff were all great from before we arrived until we left. Marko and the staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful and knowledgeable - the local wines are really good - and the breakfast (included in the price) is really nice, and it’s available all day. Finally, the location is amazing - right on the waterfront overlooking the main beach.

NOTHING! I got what I paid for and more!

Marco (the owner) is the most perfect host beyond any expectations. He will do everything to make your stay great. Breakfasts by the sea are simply amazing. Room (especially bathroom) is a bit tired but they expect to relocate very soon. But with daily cleaning everything was nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable and wifi/ A/C works perfect. Location is PERFECT, views from the balcony legendary. Will definitely return there!

Some problems with locking/unlocking the door to our room - caused some concern if a fire had started.

The fabulous breakfast served right next to the sea was the best ever! The host and hostess went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They even treated us to a very informative and enjoyable Croatian wine tasting.

The rooms are in need of an upgrade (very dated /peeling plaster/ mould on the walls where it’s leaked) and the shower is tiny. Supplying body soap etc would be good too. Little things like no plug in the sink, and having to put the jug on the floor to boil ( a small table is needed etc).

Great location close to the entrance to old town, and right next to the beach. The host and restaurant staff are very friendly. Tasty breakfast is inclued from thé restaurant below the room. We upgraded to get a balcony view over the beach which was lovely. Free carpark as a short walk away at the Zora Hotel.

Flushing is a problem. Fridge is very noisy. You can hear everything through the front door so not ideal if you have loud neighbours.

Fantastic find in Croatia, the owners are incredibly kind and helpful people, service is superb, I've been to Croatia many times before but this was just next level kindness. Breakfast is just amazing, location is fabulous, 1 minute from the nearest beach with clear blue waters and sunbeds (which you need to pay), but also 1 minute away from the lovely old town and restaurants. Free parking available at the nearby hotel, 5 mins on foot. Everything seems brand new in the rooms, very clean. We didnt have a seaside view room booked but were pleasantly surprised when there was a generous view of the entire bay from the side of our balcony. I sincerely recommend this to everyone, you will have a fantastic time!

This was such an amazing accommodation! The owners are so thoughtful and care about every one of your needs. The location is absolutely ideal. The room was very clean and very spacious. The breakfasts were delicious! My kids couldn’t wait to go have Nutella crepes ,which they said are the best they have ever eaten! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location was amazing. In the Old Town, with the beach right in front of us. It was stunning to watch the sunset from our balcony. Primosten was our favourite stay of our whole trip to Croatia. We rented a kayak from the owner of the accommodation for 30 euros for the whole day. We rowed 10 km to some private beaches nearby and explored an island. The breakfast was delicious. Definitely will be coming back
