The check-in staff was very helpful. Assisted us very well. The housekeeping is neat and fantastic. The linens are clean. The shower cubicle is tidy and overall a fantastic short stay. Walking distance from the bus terminal. The curtain did not fully close the window. Not a major thing, but can be improved as the room was bright during the day even with the curtains shut. Otherwise everything is good.

They do cleaning at 11 AM so i have to leave the room in that time, there are no curtains on the bed which is a bit disappointing for a little privacy

I liked the place , it was a quiet one , the bathroom was very clean , there are a small garden outside, they provide a lockers.

Bed should be burnt down if they could, but be cause its metal unfortunately it can't. The most uncomfortable bed ever. I felt like I was in the army. Almost got killed 3 times climbing down in the night. VERY dangerous!!!! Need to be replaced asap. Or you can turn this in to a mens hostel.

Could still smell wall paint, doors to the bathroom were not installed properly and once closed, we couldn't open them again, but eventually found the trick. Missing the frying pan in the kitchen, there could be more utensils. We got two large towels but the hand towel was missing. TV without antenna so can be only used to connect our devices.

A whole little annex to ourselves, great shower, heating, aircon, superb WiFi, TV and good bed, shutter blinds, kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, cleaning products available..there was sugar,salt and coffee as well!

Doesn’t have privacy curtains or personal lights for each bed but have noticed this is fairly normal in EU.

There’s a lot of bad reviews written on Hostelworld but I really don’t know why. Easy walk from bus station. Safe area. Big dorm with own bathroom and kitchen/eating area. Lockers for security. Outside tables and chairs for sitting. And really friendly and helpful staff!

The beds aren't the best one. They looked much more comfortable on the pictures.

The receptionist at the hostel was very kind and helpful with everything. Initially I was about to sleep on the top bunk but he was so nice to provide me with a bottom bunk in another room. Besides that he was helpful and gave me all the necessary information about the transporation in the city. I would say hostel staff along with the location are the best things in this place.

It could have a better equipped kitchen and bedrooms. For example, the fridge was too small, there was only one or two knives, and there were no individual bed lights

Staff were very communicative and very helpful online however sometimes it was hard to find a staff to talk to when needed at the hostel, which resulted in main door bell ringing from coming guest sometimes annoyingly and constantly without no one opening the door. walls next to the beds were dirty, I had a blood patch on the wall right next to my head

Bathrooms were the best I have seen so far in a hostel. It is private as it can get in a hostel. Good sized bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet in one room which you can lock for full privacy. Location was very good in the Centre, 5 min walk from tram station and 15min walk to bus station

Nothing really. The staff were maybe a little quiet, but that wasn't a problem at all, and I'm just being very picky.

The location was very good. Only about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything you needed. There was space to relax outside of your own room. The bedrooms themselves were large enough, the beds were comfy, and there was even a balcony in our room. There were plenty of toilets and bathrooms, and they were always clean enough.

I was in room 1, the only issue was the smaller metal/steel lockers at the end of the room, they are not properly balanced and whenever someone walked through the room the whole closet would make the metallic noise as it moved.

One of the receptionists was very kind and had good vibes. This was my first time staying at a hostel and I felt so welcomed, I wasn't scared after my first night. They let me chill in my bed while they cleaned and didn't feel like an inconvenience at all.

Air condition didn't seem to work though wasn't that important in setembre in Zagreb. No individualized electrical outlets, so had to share an extension electrical cord multiple outlet with the one below me.

The apartment was located in the basement, but there are windows and access to the yard. A bit expensive for a hostel, but overall a good option for a short stay

A weird man was invited by the owner to meet our friend who spoke Croatian?? Lil strange, said man then entered into our room - we were extremely unimpressed. I’m going to assume this is a strange isolated incident - I wouldn’t let this put you off, just thought I’d mention. This was just strange as our group was the full room if you were with strangers in the room this wouldn’t be as weird. The rooms don’t have a lock, which if you are using the full room is a lil scary. More plates and cups are needed if 10 people are staying in the room.

The room was comfy, very spacious. There were lockers to put valuables in. The kitchen was spacious but maybe not spacious enough for 10 people. Towels were affordable ( I think €2 but I can’t remember). Nice little outside area
