The location of the hotel is a little far from city center - approximately 15 minute walk from city center.

The staff were awesome! Very kind, knowledgeable, hospitable, and lovely! The breakfast is excellent.

The hotel could use an upgrade, but price / quality was up to par and with the extremely welcoming hotel staff our stay exceeded expectations.

Amazing staff, they really go above and beyond! We got bubbles upon arrival for our honeymoon, received a ton of customized tips about Split and they went out of their way with a lost & found item after check-out. They are masters in hospitality! And it's a great location to explore Split while you leave your car in the convenient hotel parking.

Additional cost from dog was a little expensive(25e/night). And you can't find this information without asking from hotel.

Location and breakfast was good. Parking space is good(15€/night). We have big car(van) and it fit parking lot well.

Some of the staff was rather unfriendly and unwelcoming. The parking has no shade and costs 15 eur/day. The hotel area is ugly, beteewn old blocks of flats.

The room was nice, cool, clean, and quiet. Location is at a walkable distance from the old town. Good breakfast.

A little bit far from the center. 10 min walking, but one direction only down to the sea. On my 3rd Day of the stay I got used to this road and had no real problem

A family run hotel with attention and care, something what hard to find in chains hotel. Anna at Reception is worth a city guide. She gave me lots of practical advices around the city ( go to website GetByFerry to book online all your ferry tickets different destination and dates) One glass bottle of water upon arrival, however the tap water is ok for drinking or tea/coffee in the room. There is a convenient food store Tommy in front of the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable to sleep, very gentle AC, but clearly with outdated design in interior and carpet covered floor

The breakfast should have more "healthy " options. to choose from... The staff at breakfast was not very friendly nor polite... Also the bed was very squeaky (old type bedding) ...

Wasnt really anything bad about this hotel and certainly nothing that could be controlled by the hotel or the staff, for me one downside was probably Location maybe was a tiny bit further out than I expected but its OK I got some more steps in for my trip.

The hotel was clean, well kept, and the staff were friendly and accommodating they gave me tips on where to go and see as this was my first time in split/ Croatia 🇭🇷. I would stay here again as both a solo traveller or as a couple, and I do recommend.
