Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only thing we missed was oil besides pepper and salt but the owner would have brought that for sure if we've had asked (like they did with laundry detergent :)).
Great apartment. Very nice host that is living on the ground floor with his family and always available if needed. The garden is fantastic for the kids to run around and play in. My boys aged 4 and 2 loved to stay the entire afternoon outside to play there. Very close to Plitvice lakes by car. We did the two days entrance and really enjoyed it. Also nice small things are very well organized, like a trash bin in every single room.

Dull knives😁.
This is very nice and peaceful place, owners were so kind, friendly and caring. House was perfectly clean with many equipement. Two bedrooms were perfect for our 6 members family. And the garden-it is little paradise with surrounding fields, playground for children, equipement for sports-balls, badminton and for relax. Thanks🌹.

Everything was excellent! The host, the apartment and its amenities, the quiet rural area, the proximity to Plitvice Lakes. We cannot think of a better place to stay for a visit to Plitvice. 5* all around!

No complaints! We would have booked an extra night but unfortunately it was already booked.
The whole place was incredibly clean. Even the outside steps leading up to the accommodation. We really liked having two bathrooms. Very useful with a big family. Beds were comfortable and towels were clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything we needed. It was very tidy and clean.

We had a perfect stay. The apartment is big, comfortable and very clean, with two bathrooms :-) Kitchen and bathrooms fully equipped. The place is quiet and homey. The host is very nice.

This was not important to us, but if you are a group of people wanting a large kitchen/living room, this apartment is not for you. Both bedrooms are very large and each has a TV and large bathroom, but the kitchen/dining/living is one combined room.
Helpful host, clean, comfortable (best pillows in my 25 days in Croatia) and spacious - 2 large BR, 2 bath apartment close to Plitvice and Rastoke. Lovely balcony with beautiful surroundings. Only 10 steps to get into the apartment and our host carried up our suitcases. Quiet setting off the main road.

We were welcomed by the host. We received recommendations on what we can visit in the area. I recommend the location, it is very clean, quiet with playgrounds for children and adults. Close to Plitvice, Barak Cave and RASTOKE. Thanks for the hospitality! We were hoping to come back!

There is no separate living area, the kitchen is small and has a comfy sofa to sit on. It was not an issue as we stayed only a night .
Excellent location. Supermarket in close proximity. The accommodation is 10 min drive from Plutvice Lakes Entrance1. The rooms are big and comfortable.. Balcony facing the green fields is the best part. Zeijko, the owner lives at the property and is super helpful.

Big and beautiful place to stay! Very close to Plitvice Lake park entrance 1 with plenty of parking. The place we stayed had two rooms and two bathrooms with a fully stocked kitchen. It had a washer and drying racks and the lot had lots of space. We wished we spent more time there!

Great location, very near the entrance to the park but also to the Deer Valley ranch and Barać caves, which were both wonderful. The house was very clean, with a well equipped kitchen, it has lovely balcony and garden, a very helpful host - everything was great and we would happily stay here again!
